TWW Anyone conceive without any sharp implantation cramps or bleeding?
I’ve heard so many stories of one sided pain, bleeding. Just curious to see how common it really is? Anyone not feel anything?

Hi I am 31f and tried first time this month with proper lh testing using premom strips, caught peak and then BD on peak lh day and 2 days after, I had all the signs of cm and ovulation cramping also pinned the ovulation date cia oura ring to be 10th oct as my temps were raised since then, I got hopeful when i was nauseous the first 6 days post ovulation but then no signs at all, mind you i never get nauseous so this was easy to spot, been taking hcg, frer and yesterday clear blue digital and all came neg. Super bummed out. I have regular cycle and weight. Please tell me what do i need in terms of supplements for next cycle, I have read 'it starts with an egg' so I am planning to starting CoQ10 supps, anything else I can do???

Hubby and I are ttc, I was using fertility awareness method for birth control, and have learned a lot about my fertility in the process. And i plan to use the same method for ttc. Just read the ttc chapter of taking charge of your fertility and feel like i have a good understanding. Just wondering if anyone has additional tips, i just ordered prenatals on amazon. My firstborn was a happy accident from the one time i ignored my fertile window. This month is our first time ttc and I’m not pregnant this cycle.

Me and my husband have decided to TTC this cycle for the first time, and I just got invited to my cousins bachelorette. It’s going to be in 3 ish weeks and they’re big drinkers. I only drink socially, maybe once a month (if even that) a couple glasses of wine.
My fertility window is next weekend, the Bach would be the same my next predicted period is. (Quite literally the day of the Bach would be the first day of my period) my periods are EXTREMELY regular I start 28 days on the spot maybe off by one day rarely.
I don’t want to drink with the possibility I would be pregnant. I have seen posts that people drink until they see the positive test and they stop. I also understand people don’t get pregnant on the first try don’t get me wrong. **But would I even be able to test to see if I was pregnant by then? Would you just drink and not worry about it?** I am so worried I could be pregnant and then drinking - and with all my friends it just really is a social thing to have a glass of wine or two with dinner so I don’t know how to go about that in the future either.
Forgive me for being naive, pregnancy and sex is very taboo in my family and I have to get my info online.
Also yes, not drinking would be weird and obvious for me I am usually the party animal unfortunately(for bachelorettes) I just don’t know how to go about it, and I’m not interested in telling people I’m TTC or anything like that.

So my fiancé (m22) and I (f20) have a 1.5 year old son, and then back in january i had a miscarriage at 10 weeks. Very upsetting but we decided over the summer we want to try for another baby as we don't want our kids have a huge age gap. We've been trying to 3 months... But back in june i started having irregular periods (comes 1 days to 1 weeks early every month since) and this all started around when i got diagnosed with connective tissue disease that they suspect will become lupus in the near future. But with all that my period was NEVER late. This past month i was tracking my ovulation (once a day) and it kept saying i wasn't ovulating, but i know since i was only doing it once a day i could've missed my window, like i tested at night and positive window was in the morning. But now my period didn't come early this month like it had been i've been testing 2 times daily for the last week and no we were 3 days past when period was actually due, but a week since it would normally come. I'm trying to not get my hopes up but i don't know what to do in this situation. I called my OBGYN and they said they won't take me in for blood work, but i feel like it's needed to figure it out. With my son i tested positive the day my period was due, and then the second time i didn't test positive until 2 or 3 after it was due. And to previous my period was regular after i gave birth (for it 2 weeks later), the entire time i breastfed, and after we had the miscarriage. Did not become "irregular" until june when the health issues started. any ideas? recommendations? idek im just at loss and confused

The first test (the lowest) was so positive but all the least negative. I was the happiest person in the world for the whole 5 minutes

I’m only 8 or 9 dpo so it’s very early, but decided to test this morning after oura picked up minor signs of strain from body temp and a significant rise in respiratory rate. I usually have some days of minor strain, but only from body temp. This is the first time it picked up a change in breathing. I know it’s most likely negative but I can’t tell if I see a vvvvvvvvvvfl?!

My bbt dropped this morning at 4DPO. I did wake up to our home being very cold and I am a mouth breather at night…. However, my last three cycles showed a clear temp rise over three days from 3-5dpo . I am also someone who wakes up a lot at night, but I woke up maybe 3-4 hrs before my alarm.
My LH also rose very quickly this cycle, within a few hours. I didn’t catch the highest peak. I also felt ovulation pain the day of the peak.
Am I out ? Could ovulation still have a occurred with a chart like this ? Could the required three consecutive bbt rise still happen after 4dpo?
This is my second cycle officially trying, so I’m still learning how to read charts.

Hi guys
Last cycle I was symptom spotting like mad, thought I had enhanced smells, nausea, cramping, missed period and hmmm I can't remembered everything now but I details thought I was going to get a BFP. I didn't lol. This cycle my husband was away during my ovulated and I only baby danced 5 and 3 days before ovulation then I think the day of ovulation and the day after. I was super bummed that we had missed the peak time (2 days before and the day before). I went to my mums and decision not to pack any tests so I had no option to wait till I came back. So I couldn't test 7dpo - 10 dpo. I came home and tested 11dpo. BFP on a 10 mIU/mL strip. Today (12dpo) I tested and my line was lighter/the same but I used a different brand strip and when I checked the sensitivity it was a 25 IU/L strip! Anyway I had no apparent obvious symptoms, no butterfly/tugging/pinching feeling that everyone talks about, no spotting and my CM was not a lot and not watery like people have claimed. Anyway sending baby dust to everyone and you're not out till AF makes her appearance.

Does anyone have experience with getting a positive and having a successful pregnancy after having a chemical pregnancy? I am currently experiencing a chemical pregnancy and very anxious that it will happen again or that it was a fluke and we will struggle to even get a positive now. I don’t know what I can do to prevent it 🥲 I take inositol to regulate and help ovulation (I have pcos), vitamin d, omega 3s, and a prenatal. Is there possibly something I’m taking that’s having an effect? Something I should add? Because of the pcos I’m so anxious that I will have loss after loss. I’m getting married Saturday so it’s horrible timing 🫤

I keep seeing women getting positive pregnancy tests at 9–12 DPO, and I’m genuinely curious about what made you suspect pregnancy so soon!
Did you feel something unusual in your body? Different cramps, pulling or pinching sensations, breast changes, unusual discharge, fatigue, or just a gut feeling that something was different?
For those who had been trying for months, did your conception cycle feel any different from your previous cycles?
I’d love to hear what you actually felt before testing that made you think, “Maybe I’m pregnant!” Please mention your DPO and when you got your BFP. ❤️✨

Hi! I am currently 35 years old first time TTC with five tries so far. Over the past three months I’ve been spotting seven days before my period. My luteal phase is consistently 13 days long, but the spotting starts at six DPO. When looking at my period charts, I see that this has been progressive, where a year ago I was spotting sometimes 2 to 3 days before my period, then gradually moved to 4 to 5 days, and now I’m consistently spotting for seven days prior to period. I’m like… uh what’s happening ing? I keep hearing about progesterone and luteal phase deficiency, but it’s confusing because my luteal phase is an appropriate length (13 days). My AMH was tested a couple years ago and it was 1.08 and I’m due for a test again. I recently had my AFC checked and I had seven follicles on each side for a total of 14. When I had my transvaginal ultrasound, everything looked normal aside from a small cyst on my ovary which the tech said was nothing to worry about. I’ve stopped smoking, and I don’t drink that much anymore and I’m trying to eat full fat dairy and taking ubiquinol, b12, d3, melatonin – all of the things. Read the fertility formula and now reading “it starts with the egg.” Also seeing reproductive endocrinologists to try and make sure all is well. Would love any insight on what you all think is happening or if anyone has had something similar. Thank you all so much for reading this. I’ve never posted on Reddit before and I’m glad to be here

I am 7DPO today and wanted to share last cycle chart with this cycle. Obviously my husband and I were able to BD more this cycle and feel like my BBT has been more of a steady increase compared to last. What do you think?? This is my 5th cycle TTC.
r/FirstTimeTTC • u/VonShamrog • 18h ago
Normally my cycles are 30-31 days. Likely due on this weekend BUT I ovulated late this cycle (OPK+BBT) and Dr Google implied this would likely mean a later visit from AF..
Yet here I am, 9DPO and I've been cramping all day. Just went to the bathroom and some spotting too. So not only am I early by my own standards, I'm early for the predicted AF on my cycle tracker too (the tracker adjusts prediction based on positive OPK)
I would laugh about how my cycle seems to have gone a bit awry since starting this TTC journey but I also want to mope a bit too. Silver lining is that I've elected to book into some testing so can make the calls now that AF has arrived.

For the last two nights in a row I’ve had dreams that I have had a newborn and breastfeeding and pumping. They were so in-depth and real it threw me for a 6. Has anyone else had really vivid dreams about having a newborn then found out that they were pregnant?
