Hometown FC came out on iPhone last week, after launching on Android, where over 30,000 people installed it in the first two weeks. That still feels unreal for a one person project, so I figured this sub might like it.

You buy a tiny club in your own hometown and try to turn it into a powerhouse. The football mostly runs in the background. Your coach picks the team and your sporting director brings you transfer deals, you just say yes or no. Most of your time goes into the money side: stadium and training upgrades, sponsors, building up the town (a shopping district, hotels, a hospital, a factory) so more fans move in, and running a family company next to the club.

It's free and there are no energy timers. I'd love to hear what tycoon players think of the economy. Links for Android and iPhone in the comments.

The assets were created with AI, I am looking for graphics designers to change that over time.
