Announcement Just a reminder, please don't self-promote or post any porn here. If you want to post porn on reddit, please use a separate account.

Howdy, folks. Just a quick reminder, we've got two rules on the sidebar which deal with self-promotion and porn:

No soliciting/fundraising/advertising: We want you to enjoy the community and be part of all the warmth there is to offer. We don't, however, want you to exploit the community in an effort gain followers or subscribers. Any form of the above is prohibited and posts subject to removal (including instagram promotion, surveys, gofundme links, etc)

No chasers/fetishists/porn accounts: To keep this community clean and a safe space, all users who make creepy or lewd comments, who fetishize trans people, or who are generally only on Reddit for porn will be banned without notice. Unfortunately, we cannot stop creeps sending you chats/PMs even when they're banned from here; you will need to block them directly.

We have a big problem with people who want to post porn on reddit and then go to our trans community subreddits and also want to share photos and casually direct people to their profiles. They do this as a way to use the traffic on our large trans subs for their personal profit. They usually have links to their OnlyFans in their profiles and they tell people to check their profiles for more pictures or they ask folks to send them DMs, and they just so happen to have links to all their porn on their profiles.

We don't mind if y'all want to post porn on reddit. That's fine, go right ahead. The problem is when people start spamming our communities to spread it.

And the spam goes both ways, unfortunately. Creepers and predators follow these porn accounts into our community subreddits, where they harass our users, prey on our minors, and treat people like we're just a fetish. It creates a ton of trouble.

Someone described it the other day as "The mods are trying to keep out the flies, but then OP walks in here covered in honey."

If you want to post porn on reddit, use a second account to do it. Not only will this be safer for you, but it will also help keep our communities safe, too. If something goes wrong, you can delete your porn account in a hurry, while keeping your community postings separate. This also makes it easier to protect yourself by keeping your personal details away from your followers on your porn posts.

This is the Internet, and these are large, public forums. You never know what sort of stalker or creeper might be following your posts and gathering your information, so please be careful with it.

You can think about these creepers as fleas on a dog. We're happy to provide a safe and healthy community where y'all can share and mingle, but we don't want any fleas in our dog park, so please help keep the fleas out of our spaces.

Thank you!

Edit: Obviously, if you see any creepers or fetishists wandering around the comments section of our subreddits, please report those comments or message a mod and let us know. Thanks again!

Yes I know car related pun how dumb.

Anyway long story so strap in, last year I got sick like real sick I won't bore you with all the details but I started fainting then basically had 0% battery for 8 months.

I finally started getting better then boom redundancy... That was 6 months ago...

During the last 6 months I've had nothing but family issues in our immediate family that we've either had to step in and support or just be there through illness.

Anyway this is my long winded way of saying things are looking up!

I've got a freelance job in the evenings, I'm enjoying making all kinds of gaming and silly content!

And I'm t minus 2 weeks away from returning to streaming (yes I have like 2 viewers but I love it)

So yeah I'm actually feeling good lately and wanted to share 🤣🙈♥️

Feeling more gender euphoria lately.

46, trans-feminine.

Found a new black dress and liked what I looked like in it.

Haven’t socially transitioned yet but feeling stronger need lately. I don’t dress in feminine clothing yet.

Sensing I may be being gendered as female is making me feel like I might be able to live a quiet life as a woman in the future. I have this feeling at the back of head that I might passing as cis female, which is surprising and euphoric. I know my voice doesn’t; at least I don’t know which part of gendering is stronger: appearance or voice. Appears to be giving me more confidence and less anxiety.

Having an interesting change of mindset lately as well. When I’m outside around strangers and people (like when shopping) I just feel I am a woman (like a second nature feeling). And I want people to know that as well, which is something I haven’t felt many times in my life before. I understand my life is really a passive feeling such blending into the world and existing as a man in it. I give people what they expect of what they see before them: a man.

When I’m with people I know (like family and work colleagues) this feeling doesn’t or hasn’t existed yet.

When I’m with my partner now I also feel a strong sense of being female around her because I am completely out to her. I still feel shock and a jolt of fear and denial if she calls me a girl or woman but this is something I want to explore in therapy.

When I’m around people I know, I am and become the person they know- male. Interesting using the word ‘become’ because it is literally like you naturally be someone for someone else. It’s strange but also very powerful and positive starting to feel something different in other situations

Experiences Feeling regretful and hopeless

I recently turned 22 and started hrt. I immediately went to research other mtfs and their success in transitioning. I honestly became very regretful and worried about my future appearance. A lot of the trans girls that i would hope to have a similar bodily silhouette to started before or mid puberty. I look back at photos of myself at 18 or even 20 and think how my ribcage or shoulders have gotten bigger. It just makes me feel very regretful because i felt like i was trans since i was very very young and i let all the time pass by before i got the courage to just go for it. Now it feels like ive stifled a huge amount of ground that i can never get back. I'm not so concerned about people percieving me as passing as much as about my own satisfaction with my body. But it feels like that sort of satisfaction is now permanently out of reach. Does anyone have a similar experience, especially around my age, and how did it turn out? Are there any great examples of mtfs starting around my age that turned out exceptionally well? I'm not so interested in empty reassurance. I would like to hear honest opinions of how it may work for me.

P.S. I'm pretty isolated and not really involved in any lgbtq+ communities so im sorry if anything comes off as rude or insensitive

Mashujaa Day: Honouring the Courage of Those Who Refuse to Give Up 🖤🏳️‍🌈

Post image
241 Upvotes

Today, as Kenya celebrates Mashujaa Day — Heroes’ Day — we honour the courage of every person who continues to stand tall despite life’s hardest battles.
For LGBTQ+ refugees living in East African refugee camps, heroism often looks different. It is waking up each day despite discrimination, surviving in environments where simply being yourself can be dangerous, and finding the strength to keep going when access to food, medication, shelter, and other basic needs remains a struggle.
Some heroes never make the headlines. Some fight silent battles, hide parts of themselves for safety, and still dare to hope for a better tomorrow.
Despite all this, we stay strong. 🖤
We say NO to homophobia, transphobia, discrimination, and hate. We say YES to dignity, equality, compassion, and the freedom to exist without fear.
Being different does not make us less deserving of safety, love, or respect. Our lives matter. Our stories matter. And our hope deserves a future.
This Mashujaa Day, let us remember that true heroism means standing up for those whose voices are often unheard.
To every LGBTQ+ person surviving in silence: you are not weak. You are here, you are worthy, and your existence is an act of courage.
Happy Mashujaa Day, Kenya. 🇰🇪🖤
