Cardinals hold off the Rams in AZ and keep the Rams offense to 16 points

• Upvotes

Every win counts in the NFL. Don't care if it was just the Cardinals, dropping 45 points and having what 5 or 6 straight 3&outs is a big deal no matter which team you're playing.

I daresay...we just gotta clean some things up. We may not be dominant this year but wildcard is very much within reach in this NFC.

For no reason whatsoever, Jared Goff's stats against the Cardinals in his career: 2,925 yards, 19 TDs, 4 INTs, 109 passer rating, 10-1 record

Why does this sub want Brad to go “all-in” and shorten our window by years when it almost never works?

• Upvotes

It worked one time for the Rams, with a lot of lucky bounces and dropped game-winning interceptions to help them get it done. Every other “all-in” move I can recall did not result in that team winning a ring.

Shit, when’s the last time the consensus favorite pre-season has even won the Super Bowl?

Unpopular fact - there is a massive amount of luck and random chance that goes into determining who wins the Super Bowl.

You could assemble the greatest team in history but if you don’t get lucky, you won’t be winning shit.

The current and greatest iteration of the Rams unbeatable on paper super team is 2-4.

Why not build for sustainable success to give ourselves the most chances for things to fall our way? (Stay healthy, get lucky breaks, etc)

I’m so glad I paid for the subscription to watch the NFL. That way I can watch commercials.

Bye Week Entertainment - Find your Favorite Lions Favorite Restaurant 🔥

https://whereproseat.com/

Hi everyone, fellow metro Detroiter and Lions fan here!

I know there’s no game this week but figured it might be the right time to share a passion project of mine since we have a little extra time this weekend.

I got the idea after listening to St Browns podcast a few weeks ago when Goff mentioned his top restaurants. As a foodie and Lions fan I was like wait that’s cool and I started writing down the names he listed on my notes app so I could check them out later.

I realized I can’t be the only super fan who wants to check out or eat where their favorite athletes like to eat.

So I decided to make this website!

It’s free, I have no plans to charge for it, and no personally identifying data is kept.

I also made sure each pick / restaurant is sourced and linked so I give credit to the original person / company that uncovered the info. Same with any pictures used. Tried to do this as responsibly as possible 😅

Anyways, hope you guys enjoy this! 🙏🏼I figured, worst case scenario, people don’t like this and I still have a great foodie guide anytime I’m traveling 🤣 but hopefully people get some use or entertainment from this.

I plan to keep this updated over time and track any roster changes as well. There’s a page to submit a suggestion if we missed something too.

Thanks for listening, I hope it at least fills up some time on our bye week!

Image Jared Goff has been above league average in CMP%, TD%, INT%, ANY/A, passer rating, and sack rate every year since 2022. Over his entire Detroit tenure, he is at least 10% better than league average in each of those stats.

It's great to see players in the trenches get some attention for all the work done. Check out T.R.'s blocking at about 7:20-impressive to my novice eye.
