Photo Submission Pockets of Light (Z5ii, 35mm 1.8S)
At the end of this portrait session, the model and I played around with some high contrast compositions. I really liked how they turned out

Morning walk with ZF and Viltrox 26mm 2.8
1&2 are handheld 3 shots bracket. 4 is handheld 4 shot panorama. (Bit of ghosting on the leafs, maybe I should have just edit the underexposed frame and pushed the shadows)
Title is a bit misleading since I always kept a D750 with 2.8 zooms for portraiture. But that setup was starting to gather dust. I loved my OM-5 with small primes as it was really portable and easier to carry around.
Saw a good deal on a used ZF and decided to pair it with the new pancake 26mm 2.8 from Viltrox. So far pretty happy with the purchase. Even with the small prime, it’s noticeably heavier and bulkier than M43, but much more manageable than the D750. But at least I have the ability to carry my zooms with the FTZ during a trip for moment where IQ matter. The inoffensive look of the silver ZF is also a nice plus.
Considering now the other EVO lenses from Viltrox, since the seems to pair nicely with the ZF with their aperture ring

Hello!
I recently acquired a Nikon F3 of questionable functionality.
I had a lot of trouble getting it working and had to give the battery terminals a good clean and reseat some mechanical parts.
Although everything seems to work as intended (aside from the viewfinder illuminator), it seems to stop working in low light.
The viewfinder LCD will suddenly go blank, the shutter won't fire, and everything immediately pops back up and starts working again when I aim at a lamp.
Any ideas?

I'm new to the camera world, and I'm seriously considering the Nikon ZR as my first camera for my marketing agency. However, the reviews seem pretty mixed, and I'm struggling to decide whether it's the right investment.
My use case:
My priorities: Reliable autofocus, good IBIS, battery life, easy handling, and affordable lenses.
I'm based in India, where the Nikon ZR body costs around ₹1.5 lakh ($1,580).
I'm also considering the Sony A7 V ($2,300) and Canon R6 V ($2,000), despite their higher prices. The ZR seems to offer a lot for the money, particularly for video, but the mixed reviews are making me hesitant.
What's confusing is that almost everyone I ask recommends Sony, even when I ask people who shoot with other brands. Sony seems to be the default recommendation, while the Nikon ZR rarely comes up.
For those who own or have used the Nikon ZR, would you recommend it as a first camera for my needs? And if you've used Sony or Canon as well, how does the ZR compare in actual paid work?
I'm looking to invest in a camera system for the long term, so I'd rather make an informed decision than follow the crowd.

Photos were took with my Nikon D90 with AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR. I may have used the 70-300mm nikkor on the second photo but I can't recall.
Shutter speed was varied a bit between my photos, but they were ~1/3000 to 1/4000.
ISO was at 200 (native for D90).
Aperture was kept to maximum, which changed with zoom.
I did do post processing with my photos, and wanted feedback to see if anything looked unnatural to an experienced photographer's eye. If there's any feedback about composition or creative ways to shoot these statues, I definitely appreciate them too. Thank you!

I currently use a Tamrac Expedition 7x and 5. The 7x is a beast of a bag but getting worn out. The Expedition 5 is for lighter travels. Looking for a replacement backpack that will hold a D850, 150-600, 24-70, other lenses, battieries and accessories. Thinking about the Tamrac Anvil 27 but any other recommendions will be appreciated.

About three weeks ago one of the lenses I inherited from my Dad fell and hit the floor. There is no visible damage and it still focuses fine. The lens is the 18-55 kit lens that came with his D3200. I know it’s a cheap lens. The problem after the drop is the aperture will only go down to f/5. It’s a f/3.5-5.6. When I pull the aperture lever on the lens itself unmounted it opens and closes without issue, but when mounted only opens to a max of f/5. What do you think the issue could be?
