Help What is on my orchid?

Hi all, I’ve had this orchid plant since Valentine’s Day and I noticed only last week these little weird brown things all over the flowers. Anyone know what these might be and how to get rid of them (if they are unwanted critters)? I took a few off and flipped them over to see if they were insects but I wasn’t able to see legs or antennae. Thank you!

Vanda falcata, dendrobium hybrid, cattleya leuddemanniana, bulbophyllum crassipes. The fruit flies love the sour apple smell of the bulbophyllum and I'll often see pollinia on their tiny heads.

Second bloom on my young species nodosa (three flowers on one spike, plus another spike coming in). I have no info on its background, but I've suspected for a while that it's a 4N or maybe actually a grandiflora (which are maybe the same thing? I'm not certain). The flowers are about 4.5" across, which is larger than most nodosa flowers I've seen. Also, for some reason the lateral sepals remain fused on this spike. Probably just didn't water quite enough when they were opening, but whatever. Looks pretty cool, and they still smell absolutely amazing.

The Adrian Hamilton (nodosa x perrinii - with the bamboo supports) is a very frequent bloomer. This is its fourth bloom cycle in just over a year. I'm not quite as fond of the fragrance as I am of the species nodosa - it's kind of a dry floral scent, like hyacinth, which just isn't really to my taste - but it's pleasant enough. And it's such a vigorous grower.

This orchid likes to trick me with false flower spike sheaths every year, but it finally gave me a bloom. 🥰 I love the color.

I saw this oncidium in the grocery store and went back to get it the following day and it was gone. Having FOMO over it and now want to track one down. I know oncidiums can be difficult to ID but I was hoping someone may be able to send me in the right direction. TIA

Rescued from work. It was in moss surrounded with a foam in a plastic cup. Going to repot in an orchid pot with bark, charcoal and moss. Have the bark soaking just not sure what to do with these roots. They all look pretty bad to me.

Thank you for any advice!

Is there anything I can do to improve it? It recently lost a leaf due to yellowing and I think that’s what’s happening with the little one too
