Ok I know we all think that sometimes the food is really simple, repetitive and bad, but to be fair, nutritionally it is great. They have carbs, protein and fiber with at least 2 options to choose from each. I see that a lot of people won't use salt or pepper which is something that makes the food better, white rice for example doesn't taste like anything but pepper and salt will make a difference i promise.

These fuckers literally sent my Second/Last Notice two days before the deadline to submit my insurance documentation. This shocked me because I didn't even get the "first notice" email. After doing some digging it turns out, they sent the first notice to the UC Davis Health portal. LOOK AT THE EMAIL THAT SENDS YOU TO THE FIRST NOTICE LETTER. It's the most least concerning email that a majority of people would ignore since they don't even use UC Ship in the first place.
For the record, I was able to submit my insurance information. But it was the most jank PDF ever, essentially a combination of JPEGS. It didn't even show solid evidence that the doctor in Davis was actually my doctor. And in the end it got accepted anyway?? What a waste of time. What an insult to those who couldn't find their NOA letter in time and now have to pay thousands for a service they don't need.

so i recently got the email saying my waiver is under an audit and i didn't notice the deadline and so i called them today and asked about it and they told me that i should've submitted documents prior to the deadline but i told them on the ahp website it says its approved. after i ended the call a few hours later i get an email saying that my waiver is now denied. i'm not trying to pay a whopping $1300 for this shit any advice

i have discovered that the water fountains in the chem building and in academic surge disperse ice cold water. looking for other buildings that have similar amenities…. as someone who doesn’t carry a water bottle some crispy cold water is a fucking commodity

Hello! I’m currently working on a project about trust and safety when buying and selling items through online marketplaces like Depop, Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, and similar platforms.
My team is conducting a short survey to learn more about people’s experiences buying and selling secondhand items online, including any concerns or challenges they may have encountered.
If you have experience using online marketplaces, we would really appreciate your input! The survey should only take a few minutes, and your responses will help inform our design decisions.
If you’re interested in participating, please DM me for the survey link.
Thank you so much for your help!

Hey yall! Lost my keys around the quad next to the Financial aid office. Most likely at the Aggie Fresh Food truck that parks out there. It is a short, black lanyard with "the green" written out on it in green letters, it has 2 keys on it and the magnet to open doors. If anyone happens to find it please please let me know! Thank you!

This is probably a long shot but does anyone know the white-haired catboy who got second place at the catboy competition on Saturday? I thought they were really cute but didn't get a chance to talk to them

I’m currently a 4th year I just need 8 more restrictive electives units to fulfill, and I was wondering what are some easy, fun, or manageable classes that people took.

hey all. im a second year gender studies major with a minor in food science, i was hwalking to philz coffee in downtown after class on wednesday evening and i looked up to see these two people jeering at me from their car and making all sort of sounds. they kept making moo sounds and making weird other incoherent sounds that i cant exactkly describe. I feel i was targeted because of my gender expression. for reference im afab nonbinary with pink hair. has any one else experienced this? i honestly dont know how i feel going to downtown moving forward and im considering taking a quarter off to go back to my hometown to reconnect with my passion of chinese crackers. lmk what u guys think

These are currently the things I like among other things, If you’re into any of this stuff or just trying to find friends I’d love to hang out soon!!! I also want to try and find people who wanna go to any of the sports game here so just hmu!

Hello so I was at the ARC a couple days ago and I was locking my bike before I go in so I was slightly bent over. There was an escooter right next to me and there were 2 and I know there were 2. This guy came in and bent all the way down and started jiggleing with the lock and he put his face in my ass and I was like wtf and he sped walk the other direction. I remember he looks Asian but I don’t remember his face or anything else. What do I do? I’m still in shock a week later I don’t know what to do.
Edit: I forgot to mention I am 17 I am a minor

Im a senior in applied phy. I need to take EEC 110A/B or EEC 150/151 in winter/spring for major requirements to graduate. This year they changed enrollment so only EE majors can register for these classes until open enrollment. I talked to a counselor and they were basically like well just wait and see if its full (the classes normally are pretty full) and then submit a pta request and after we get thru the EE majors we can review yours. Is there anyone else I could talk to for an earlier pta for pass1 or 2?? This is going to impact my graduation if I cant get in, and they just changed it this year??

Hello, I am currently a 2nd year in NPB who is currently thinking of switching into HDE. NPB requires physics (which I KNOW for a fact I will do bad in) and I heard the upper divs are hard. However, many of the other requirements already line up with PA school (biochem, genetics, physio, etc.) On the other hand, HDE doesn't require physics and is not as science heavy, but I would be taking its major requirements on top of the requirements for PA school, so it has kinda packed schedules.
For the physics thing, I could always take it over CC over summer but people are telling me I shouldn't take physics if PA school doesn't require it.
Has anyone switched, and do you recommend it?
