I remember they used to have honey mustard and it was one of the only up sides to their sandwiches so I figured I’d give it a try again (because I was hungry)

When I asked for the turkey bacon Club at the window, the worker asked me whether I wanted, honey mustard or mayonnaise as if these are two distinct sub categories of the sandwich. I told him that I would like mayonnaise on the bottom bun of the sandwich and honey mustard on the top. He told me I would have to wait for a minute while he checked if that was OK and I waited about 30 seconds and he came back and he said that he guesses they can do that.

So I have a question. Am I just an idiot?

Anyone else have an awful time with leaky iced coffee lids?

The lid is too loose and the iced coffee drips out and makes a mess.

I submitted this as feedback well over a year ago and they said it would be forwarded to the supplier, but nothing has changed.

I don’t have this issue anywhere else that has sipping/straw-less lids, so it can be done! Lol

Hello! I manually fill bags of 18 and 2% at a dairy . I was wondering if anyone had an idea how much tim hortons pays per bag?

Someone went waaaaaay overboard on this one. It actually makes the cup noticeably heavier. This never would have happened in Tim’s heyday back in my childhood

Does anyone know if you can uninstall and reinstall the app without losing the continuous days streak for the Word Challenge? It just buffers and says 'loading' and then I receive the following error message: Uh-oh. Something went wrong. Please restart your app to continue.

I've tried all of the troubleshooting suggested such as clearing app cache and data, trying on both wifi and mobile network and still receive the same error mentioned above. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall if it kills my streak. The rest of the app such as ordering works.

I ordered this to be delivered and it almost looks like someone drank out of it already.

I would like to start this off by saying:
I went back and got it remade - the issue is resolved!!

I ordered an iced coffee and wasn’t feeling like I wanted a super sweet one, so I asked for half cane sugar syrup.
Well, apparently they substituted the cane sugar syrup for coffee grounds! Yum!!

They said that they had no clue how that would’ve happened when I brought it back, but got it remade and all is well!

I’ve tried to do everything, talked to customer service multiple times and get told something different every time but so far I’ve got a dead card and no help. Has anyone gone through this and know what the problem ended up being?

So today a customer returned a matcha saying that it was too bitter and wanted a refund, he proceed to give her the refund and then take the returned matcha and drink from it using the same used straw and everything.. idk why 👀

Used to wait till last game so choices were only 2 teams and so if there was last minute reason players can't play etc. But there'd usually be 5 or 6 choices per pick.

Are they not doing that this year? And choices don't change through the night? If so, feels on par with the smaller rewards and week of donuts changes.

I did full time at tims for about 8 months, that means I could probably hack at it like mcdonald's or something right
