Moderator Post Moderator note: report abuse and political topics
On Reddit, report abuse is when users report posts or comments as breaking Reddit rules or sub rules when they do not.
For example, someone stating their political opinion about a political party is not a death threat. Stating an opinion in a way that shares a personal view without inventing facts or spreading falsehoods is not misinformation.
Reporting political comments as rules breaking means that moderators have to review comments and approve them.
Moderators can report your accounts for report abuse. These reports can decrease your Contributor Quality Score on Reddit, which can lead to shadow bans, content being removed from this and other subs automatically, or even being prevented from commenting in some subs due to low CQS scores.
Please do not report comments and posts because you don't agree with them politically.

Ask British Columbia Wildfire trees from crown land falling on private fences
We have a large rural property that neighbors crown land. A wildfire went through here in 2021 and all of the trees are dead. As time goes on we are finding the dead trees are weaker and weaker, and are constantly falling on our cattle fences. 3 sides of our property border range licenses and there are tons of cattle we don’t want to mix with our own, or feed from our pastures. It’s also dangerous for us and our livestock. It doesn’t need to be windy at all for a tree to fall, they will just give out at any time.
So I’m wondering what do we do about the crown trees that constantly fall? It’s a weekly chore for us to fix the fence and is costing quite a bit in wire and tightening tools, fuel etc.
Any other farmers out there with experience in this?

Community Only Does anyone know of a good resource to compare all of the parties stances on main issues/topics for the provincial election?
I’m a political centrist so I try real hard not to listen to people speculating on what each party will do, but rather would like to read about each party’s stance on contentious issues. However, I also am working 6+ days per week right now, and trying to sift through all of their websites has been difficult with my time constraints.
Does anyone know of a resource that would show perhaps an excel-like chart comparing where each party stands on the main issues? I’m not sure if this is a stupid request, but trying my best to understand what they each stand for from their own platforms.
Thanks in advance!
