My latest (and greatest) homemade suit, based off the art of Steve Ditko! This is mostly based off the art of AF15. Something about the way he draws Spider-Man mesmerizes me. I’d like to think I did his art justice!

Do y’all think it’s time for Peter to move on from MJ?

…I know at the end they hinted she remembered everything…but do y’all think it’ll be more realistic or better plot-wise for them to move on?

Maybe introduce a new character?…..Black cat?…..Gwen?

If you know since other sick comic panels. Please do share

So I loved BND, but one aspect that I would really like to see made into an 8-10 episode mini series, would be Spider-Man’s 4 year long one man battle on crime in New York City.

This could make for such a great lore-expanding anthology for the MCU spidey post-No Way Home. Brand New Day states spidey had taken down all the major crime bosses in the city and we are shown that he’s defeated the new kingpin on New York, Tombstone. It is also stated spidey got into it with the resurfaced Hand Ninja clan. Who canonically was last active over a decade ago during marvels Defenders.

We know he also got well acquainted with the NYPD and Captain Jean DeaWolff. This could be cool to explore, how they met, why DeaWolff trusts him, especially since this could also help explain how spidey was able to rebuild his reputation after it was in Shambles after No Way Home. We could also see how spidey and the Punisher first met and get a glimpse of the Staten Island incident, as well as how spidey got in touch with Yelena Belova.

According to the “villain board” shown in brand new day spideys fought a lengthy rogues gallery that expands to very obscure villains and crime bosses, such as Hypno-Huster, screwball, kangaroo, the Enforcers, etc. and he also stopped a Gang War between Hammerhead and Tombstone at some point as well.

We could also get an arc of how Mac gargan became the scorpion, as according to the villain board, it’s alluded to that J Jonah Jameson was behind the funding of the scorpion suit (similar to the comics).

Another aspect that would be really cool, which apparently was actually filmed but cut out at the last minute according to Destin Daniel Creton, was spidey being made aware of and infiltrating the Bar With No Name.

I just think this would be a really cool idea to explore in an episodic format but thats just me.

To this day, we still haven't gotten a truly good on-screen adaptation of Mary Jane and Peter's relationship...

Obviously all this depends on how Secret Wars plays things, but if the F4 really do end up in the MCU for good, it's going to be a big transition given how idealized their original universe was.

That said, they'll certainly need some new friends, and who in the current MCU is just as earnest and good natured as them byt one friendly neighborhood Spider-Man? Tom would surely have some phenomenal chemistry with this cast, but the need to adapt to a new universe after possibly losing their own could make their friendship even deeper than they would be all starting off in the same universe.

I’m not saying he shouldn’t be allowed to rage out once in a while, and I’m DEFINITELY not saying he should be a doormat, but that he’s matured somewhat and has acquired some temperament is an underrated thing, I feel. It shows Peter’s matured somewhat and, when he does get angry, I think it hits more. All this to say, Peter B probably being the best example, I think Peter’s temperament being less volatile lately isn’t all bad. Yeah, Marvel shouldn’t sanitize Peter completely, and they unfortunately do sometimes, but I do feel having had Peter mellow a LITTLE isn’t awful

I think we could because spidey already and come across another X-Men related character being Jean Grey, but that was for a totally different reason, and I think having Firestarter and Iceman would be fun additions for a Spider-Man 5 or 6, depending of what the story is going to be about and centred around too. But I these 2 characters would be fun picks for future movies and appearances as well.

I will never forget how goated he was

1. Spider-Man 2 (2004)

2. Spider-Man (2002)

3. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018)

4. Spider-Man: Brand New Day (2026)

5. Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021)

18×30 acrylic painting of Spider-Man

The entire process took about a month and a half, covering both the initial design phase and the creation of the 3D model in Blender.

My goal was to create a slightly darker, grittier version of Spider-Man. I drew inspiration from many different artists; the lenses are clearly a tribute to Todd McFarlane’s design, incorporating a philosophy similar to the MCU’s mechanical lenses, along with a reflective texture intended to evoke the style of Alex Ross.

The messy web pattern was largely inspired by the suit from the Edge of Time game, while the logos are inspired by the BND suit and the classic suit from the Insomniac games (though the spider emblem on the back has six legs which is a deliberate nod to the 1967 animated series).

Overall, this is a personal project that I don’t even consider fully finished, but I certainly enjoyed working on it. I’d love to hear what you think!

I’ll start. I think Jason Fabok should do the artwork for a Spider-Man comic in the future. His art on Batman: Three Jokers is nothing short of phenomenal.
