At first I thought the construction worker was in the same lane as the taxi but someone pointed out in another post that he was actually standing before the solid center line. Jean trying to aura farm basically just accidentally assisted him in his kill. This fuckass taxi driver (who was also driving at like 50mph in downtown NYC for some reason)had enough time to notice that a guy was standing there, decided to change lane at a point where it isnt allowed, just to hit the guy. And he wasn't even mind controlled. Just did it for the love of the game. Dude's a fuckin murderer.

Didnt know this from one of my fav Live-Action Superman

“Those were the movies I saw in theaters and were really relevant to me... you're a nerd who gets bullied and then you get these amazing powers”

They all said it!

Recently I decluttered my messy closet and dedicated the entire space to my GOAT, Spider-Man. Over 12hrs, no sleep, and this was my final result. Really happy with how it came out and this is just the beginning. Definitely gonna keep adding and hopefully expanding in the future. What do you guys think?

For me it would be the future foundation suit. Since I feel like it would line up well in post BND Peter. Plus it would atleast be a good striking suit, since realistically we never getting MCU symbiotes suit and stuff.

I'm a guy that likes to review things and I like making fun of old products. And Spider-Man, being a franchise that has existed since the 1960s, probably has a lot of stories with elements that have not aged well over time, and I'm looking for examples from comics from any era, 60s, 80s, 90s, 2000's, 2010's, anything that has something that aged like complete milk.

I was on YT when a clip of the scene of Flash trying to comfort Peter in the school hallway about Uncle Ben's death popped up and that scene was just enough to evoke some tears outta me despite not having watched these movies. I knew after watching the clip I had to give these movies a chance. I was in middle school and high school when these came out and just didn't catch them at the time, but I'll definitely be watching them and letting y'all know how I like em (Which I know I will love em already). 🤝

Hellgate: a god like being who is an egotistical warrior and chosen son of Kailo from the planet Kailo.

Motive: Hellgate traveled to Earth specifically to find Spider-Man, whom he calls the "Prince of Steelsilk". According to a Kailovian prophecy, an alliance or clash with Spider-Man is required to breach the "Soulwall," cross the "Away Lines," and gain the power necessary to defend his home planet against a devastating curse.

I think he’s cool, I like his design and I like how Peter pretty much has a god in his rogues gallery now(even though he’s most definitely not going to be a reoccurring villain).

I’m just wondering when is he coming back, Hellgate is probably the most interesting/promising part about this whole run so far(which isn’t that high of a bar to be honest), they could honestly do a lot with his return, imagine if he’s the one who will kill aunt May(assuming she lives through the Cormac arc) which will make Peter angry enough to use the serum.

this comic book cover should be in the opening montage of the movi.

reasons:

- shocker is more iconic then boomerang, tarantula, and fucking ramrod so he should be there instead of one of them(fuck ramrod), if not the extend the montage by 2 second, please.

- shocker was done dirty in homecoming, with the trashsuit, and the bum ass gauntlets, and if scorpion could be redeemed (sorta, i still think DDC, wasted him, but it was still a redemtion) why cant herman.

- dodc had his gauntlet, so it could remind us/teach others that shocker existed already, especially since no one knew that shocker was in HC.

- i like shocker.

see, pitiful, idc. I WANT SHOCKER. fuck you destin (jk, the movie was great, and so was he)

This is going to be ranting but I'm just tired of it. I use to really enjoy coming to this subreddit and talking about Spider-Man runs from the Dan Slott stuff to post Parker Industries to the Nick Spencer run. However since the Wells run, this subreddit is nothing but toxic. All everyone does is just complain that Peter Parker doesn't shine enough or complain about One More Day.

Like I have real question, why does anyone still post so much in this subreddit if you just hate everything? Because it's to the point that you can't have any actual discussion about the character with fans acting like Peter Parker himself is being victimized by editorial.

Also the amount of you who are really weird about Mary Jane and Miles Morales is astounding and it's crazy to me just how many of you who are fans of Peter Parker yet racism and misogynists. Yes I get the Wells run was bad and you don't have to like Miles. But the amount of bigoted dogwhistles I see on this subreddit regarding them just shocks me. And it especially does because the actual character of Peter Parker wouldn't stand for any of it.

And one more last thing, Peter doesn't need to be an asshole for his character to be good. The only time a lot of you seem to enjoy him is when he's lashing out at someone.

This may be incoherent, I'm just at the point that I hate a large portion of this subreddit who turn every conversation into a takedown of OMD, or have some really just straight up hateful things to say about women and POC in his mythos.

I'm not saying that I don't have my own issues with Spider-Man comics but it's an issue I have with every comics. Characters almost never grow.

And with that, I'm done. Just please be better people.
