Aside from that twisted three-way relationship, there’s nothing else I like about it either. All the character growth he’d shown in the past has vanished, he’s become foolish and childish, lashing out at everyone—even though he’s a grown adult with a child of his own. In Venom Unchained, he comes across as a complete fool, everything was the Sleeper telling him what to do next.

And I must admit, he is currently failing in his duties as a father, after everything Dylan has gone through, he hasn’t made it a priority to mend his relationship with his son—instead, he’s started seeing a new girlfriend. It’s true that Dylan might have been taken away, but what Eddie is doing right now doesn’t help at all when it to bringing Dylan back.

I also hate the inexplicable animosity other heroes show toward Venom. I thought Eddie and Peter were finally on their way to becoming friends again, but instead, everything has regressed. The current situation is even worse than it was in the 90s—at least back then, not everyone was hostile toward Venom.

I think I’ve completely lost interest in Venom comics now.

Genuinely curious since it seems Dylan has been this 3rd wheel for most the stories since his “death”. Which that could have just been Al Edwin or marvel higher ups. And with the whole “sending Dylan away” point in the first issue of the new run, to me that seems like marvel doesn’t have good plans for Dylan.

The legs are sticking out from the blanket, the purple pillow on the left is on three different levels (the bed, the bed frame, and the floor), and the parts of the Symbiont are just floating around or popping out here and there (like the ring shaped part from Eddie's right arm). The blanket also has a very strange color and shape. And try putting Yelena's and Eddie's bodies together with their feet. They'd have to be so thin and tall.

I don't want to say that AI went over it, because it could just be a drawing error or the layers might have been swapped.

But there are a lot of things that look weird.

My first ever drawing of a symbiote. He specializes in flight. As he’s able to fly as fast as the speed of sound. His wings are alot bigger reaching a 25 foot wingspan. His head and body is sleek and streamlined adapted for mass agility rather than brute strength but he still as more than enough strength to make Spider-Man blush…That came out wrong. Don’t let his smirk fool you though. He’s super friendly and unlike normal symbiotes he actually has a conscience and genuinely doesn’t want to kill humans. Or Symbiotes. He only consumes the bad people like rapists, terrorists or kidnappers. He loves attention and if you give him food or water he’ll become a giant, lovable puppy dog. He takes full advantage of his flight and flies across continents for suitable space, territory and resources as well as exploit abundant feeding grounds in the form of chinese dog festivals where he will kill as much as ne needs and free all the dogs. Zephyr just lives for the love of the game and whenever someone else hunts or challenges him he just flies away in search of new lands.

Powers and Abilities

Symbiotic Physiology: Bog is an amorphous, extraterrestrial being of purely biomass. By achieving symbiosis, the Bog symbiote can afford its host several superhuman attributes, all of which are at their peak when the symbiote envelopes the host in a sentient suit composed of the symbiote’s biomass. Symbiosis will afford the host superhuman levels of strength, durability, speed, agility and healing. Bog however can’t make weapons or even tendrils but he really doesn’t need to with his already good use of his size and brute force. Bog like all symbiotes can also copy dna from past hosts and pick up on any useful traits they have and improve upon them.

Thunderous roar: Despite being a Symbiote Bog actually utilizes his large throat and wind pipes to create massive roars able to stretch out for 5 miles. This deep and thundous bellow can be so concentrated that it can even disorient Bog himself and effectively weaken other symbiotes or lesser enemies like humans. Bog was greatly effectived by this himself but he has soon grown a strong resistance to the point where the roar still disorients him but it doesn’t hurt and his body recovers faster than his opponent. From there after the opponent is shaken from the roar Bog will close in and aims to easily get the high ground from there. The sonic roar and Bog’s resistance only got better after bonding with a Right Whale.

Large Size: Bog stands 13 feet tall when on all fours and 20 feet when raised up and instantly bulky. Bog tips the symbiote scale at 3 tons making him a powerful and dangerous combatant.

Extreme Bite Force: Bog’s head may be small compared to his body but his jaws are not to be underestimated as they’re pound for pound on power with a T-Rex. At 12,000 pounds per square inch Bog can easily crush any human or animal caught within his mouth. And his teeth are built to grip and crush so anything that he bites will have a very hard time breaking free.

Tool usage: Bog may not be able to make weapons but that doesn’t mean he can use them. Bog can use tools from the environment around him if the situation calls for it. Bog can uproot trees or metal poles to turn them into makeshift spares or clubs for bashing or throwing against opponents. Bog can also use cars or rocks as projectiles or even to smash against opponents resulting in an extremely powerful impact

Possession: Bog could transfer itself from host to host upon physical contact with them, as it was able to go into a security guard’s flesh as if intangible. However for Bog to bond with a human it becomes every difficult for him to break off or find another host as his symbiote takes over every inch of a small host’s body as the rest of his symbiote freely comes out and takes control.

Superhuman Strength: Bog could give the host tremendous superhuman strength; enabling the host to lift and exert far greater physical force. The Bog symbiote was able to exert sufficient strength to break through dams. It was able to pride open metal doors with little to no effort. Bog’s strength mixed with his size gives him the potential to destroy buildings with powerful smacks and blows destroying the foundations and even making it crumble with enough time.

Superhuman Agility: Bog can be agile and because he prefers to be on all 4s he can pivot and rotate very quickly and even horse kick with tremendous force as his entire body is behind the kick. Bog can also leap great distances and with enough momentum to scale skyscrapers in mere seconds but it heavily damages the building and to Bog it’s more trouble than it’s worth. Bog prefers to scale mountains to better see the world around him and for a good vantage point.

Superhuman Durability: Bog outside of his weaknesses is pretty much invincible. His symbiotic body with his host makes him unable to die from blunt force since as long as a tiny part of himself remains it will grow back into his full form with time. Bog’s whole body also absorbs any impact given to him making him pretty much immune to blunt force trauma.

Superhuman Speed: Bog can move at terrifyingly fast for a creature of his size as he’s been seen running as fast as speeding cars and even catching up to them. Bog’s galloping cruising speed can be as high as 60 miles an hour and a full running speed is 120 miles an hour. This is thanks to his paranormal amount of strength and stamina aiding greatly. These speeds with Bog’s strength add up to a colossal impact great enough to splat and shatter any symbiote and destroy and walk through any structure.

Regenerative Healing Factor: Though both it and its host can be injured, the Bog symbiote can heal both him and its host at an accelerated rate, as seen Bog bonds with an injured Right Whale he heals the damage caused by the fishing net instantly and any and all harpoons are also reflected and scarred healed up in seconds.

Elongated Tongue: Bog may not create tendrils but to catch prey he got alittle creative and developed another way to catch prey. Bog can extend his tongue as far as 20 feet to shoot out to wrap around any symbiote or human and brings them to his mouth to easily be crushed and eaten easier so Bog doesn’t have to bend his head down while feeding. Bog’s tongue is lined with 1,000s of tiny, backward facing spikes seen on a big cat so anything unlucky enough that’s caught. Bog can also use his tongue as a weapon to smack or whip opponents away or to keep them at bay.

Stealth: Bog’s massive feet and hands are lined with soft and smooth patting allowing for muffled foot steps and despite being so big, Bog is quiet almost all the time and can be completely silent when he’s not even trying to be. With eyesight that allows him to see in the dark and as far as seeing across an entire island. Bog as a good chance to see you before you have a chance to see him. And in the cover of night his black coloration works like a charm and makes him almost impossible to see in the dead of night.

Body Awareness: Bog’s patted feet also grant him the ability to pick up vibrations from loud booms to any disturbances in the area.

Symbiotic Suit Manifestation: As with other symbiotes, Bog has the basic ability to fully emerge from her host while still attached to him, enveloping her host's body to form its own as a sentient, malleable but durable suit complete with white eyes, claws and a mouth with powerful jaws and sharp teeth while increases in mass, turning into powerful opponent. Bog’s bonding is so strong thanks to his bigger symbiote that it works alittle too well. Once Bog is bonded to a human or similar soze he…actually can’t hide in the host at all. Bog has been just so adaptive that each host he gets hold of if not big enough just stays covered and fully controlled by Bog as Bog uses the host as a living battery constantly commected and kept alive as Bog fills up every inch of the host’s body while making it unable to age so Bog constantly can be in control. This is both good and bad. Great for Bog as he can bond with any host but terrible for the human as she or he will be constantly controlled and powerless as Bog uses them to keep his form and Bog knows this which is way he chooses horrible and bad people to control and bond with.

Water Breathing: All Symbiotes also have this ability. When a symbiote is submerged in water they can effortlessly filter out the oxygen in the water so the host doesn’t drown.

Swimmer: Bog himself is an excellent swimmer as he can make his hands and feet slightly webbed to better swim in the water and able to dive great depths by adapting to the water pressure.

Insane hacking: As shown in Venom 2, Carnage was able to hook his symbiote and plug it into the computer and casually hack the best military sites to an address that was locked away for decades. If he could do that all symbiotes have the potential to hack the all the networks, sites and webs of the world and even nuclear codes which is probably how they managed to conquer other planets so easily. Bog never got the chance to practice this but he has the potential to do this.

Natural Weaponry: Bog hasn’t got his size for nothing. Bog actually uses it to his full advantage. Being 13 feet tall and 20 when full raised Bog’s forearms carry tremendous force behind it as each hand and feet is armed with 2-3 foot long claws made to hook and pin down opponents. As well as massive hands able to squeeze cars into tin cans and slash through flesh and metal like a hot knife through butter.

Skilled combatant: Having growing up on Klyntar showed Bog an aray of opponents from power hungry Symbiotes to constantly enraged Xenophages, Bog would’ve picked up on alot of battle experience and learned plenty of ways to deal with such threats. That is to pin the opponent down to deliver a killing bite or to simply crush and stomp on those threats until they’re dead or have submited.

Sustainability: Bog has also learned that big size requires more food to survive. Luckily Bog has developed a solution for that in the form
of specialized fat reserves in his body able to hold extra nutrients and fat so smaller portions of food can support him longer than symbiotes a fraction of his size. 1 human can keep him sustained for a week so he doesn’t destroy the human population around him. If food is scarce or a brutal winter season comes Bog will go into a safe place and enter a state of torpor or brumation lasting months until conditions improve and the environment becomes plentiful.

Now, the first chapter is just the Sin eater and showing us how Eddie was before, and how he became after. But man, isn't it an amazing start.

First off... Eddie is enormous, and him defending that woman at the start and being hyped telling her she will know his name soon is fantastic.

Also, how Eddie's life was complitely ruined after the Sin eater here is mutch more heavy. Eddie telling kids laugh at him now is just brutal. You kinda feel for him, the poor guy lost everything and is also seen socialy as trash.

And the art, oh the art is AMAZING! How the symbiote is drawn, it remembers me of the old comics more than the modern more slimey one.

Bill asks: Technically, the Enigma Force of 616 is still around. Knull just stole its weapon and absorbed the power of a different universe’s Enigma Force to become the god of light. What does the 616 Enigma Force think of all this?

JDW: I think it’s the reverse, sort of–we are positing that the Enigma Force is a part of the Lumina, rather than the opposite. It is just one powerful aspect of an even more powerful force. So when Knull took control of the Lumina power, he was master of the source of the Enigma Force.

Arrival to Earth

The general Symbiote Riot let out a signal to Klyntar calling any and all powerful and battle hardened individuals who’ll help in the building of a foundation on Earth. Bog was the best symbiote in his shared territory. Bog actually didn’t want to go since Riot was calling for a call to arms but Bog’s mother Rath wanted Bog to go not because she was kicking them out but because they could build a sanctuary on Earth too and take care of it. Bog looked at it that way so he was guided to go to Earth. Not to join Riot but to find suitable and secure foundation for his people to join soon.

Bog rode on an asteroid and landed near the atlantic sea where his symbiote was still huge even without a host. The symbiotes that came with Bog all scattered as Bog did too to find any animal or human to look out for. Bog entered the sea to swim and found the best host he could find. A right whale. At 24 meters long and 64 tons it was the best host a symbiote could start with. The whale was hurt and tied with fishing net and alittle starved. Bog bonded with it and healed and assimilated into its body.

It took 1 day for Bog to fully get comfortable as when he fully took control he now had a vision of the alpha life form on Earth. Humans. Bog now powerful and bigger than ever before aims to hunt and clear humans from a large area of the sea. Big predators need big hunting grounds so Bog remembers his teachings and follows what any predator would do. As soon as an animal moves into anew unknown territory they’re objective is to settle in as well as possible. Bog also tried to meet his base needs as quickly as possible.

In the atlantic it was actually very good for Bog. Having a right whale as a host he was able to cover 100s of miles of ocean and mapped out and take note of any human location, Food and potential threats. Bog quickly took note of the high concentration of boats in the same territory was other Right Whales. Right Whales are critically endangered and seeing other whales suffer really pissed Bog off. Bog quickly took matters in his own hands and fought the humans by himself. Bog destroyed boats, Nets to release 1,000s of fish and crabs, Target any large commercial vessels and even fishing docks. Bog also took advantage of the massive amounts of humans on each boats.

Slightly thinner to the prey he’s used to but still fare game. Bog’s inclusion in the ecosystem was actually beneficial considering the clearing the boats made traveling easier for the remaining Right Whales which now stick close to Bog in small herds. Bog now has a community of his own. Small but still good. When humans went after to kill Bog, Bog saw hiw humans threw harpoons and other weaponry at him so Bog fought back harder. Each time he’d fend off human boats remained him of his life on Klyntar and fending off predators with his mom and fellow symbiotes.

Each time humans came to hunt him it wasn’t a fight. It was an all-you-can-eat-buffet for Bog. Afew years later and Bog finally came onto land and bonded with a human. The Right Whales Bog had bonded with was now very healthy and successful created 16 offspring fueling and helping the fragile population. Bog now bonded and taken over a human grew back to his normal 13 foot tall form on all fours to distribute his weight equally. Now he finds sanctuary in a forest and defends it properly and devours anyone who threatens his peace and takes care of the ecosystem around him by simply keeping everything in balance.
