I think this helps explain a lot of the inconsistencies between Pikmin 4 and the games before it

i know it gets a lot of flack for being easy or the weird timeline stuff or the 3 type limit or a whole bunch of other reasons and i think its usually valid complaints but ive been replaying it again recently and i just think it is really fun and its a shame the stuff i see about it nowadays tends towards the negative

ive been playing on fierce and not using oatchi rush and ive got kinda owned a fair few times. i think the level design for the most part rocks and ive had a whole lotta fun using rocks for combat in places theyre not explicitly reccomended and finding decor pikmin is a fun side thing to try fit in and night missions on fierce go kinda crazy

i dunno i guess this is a sorta nothingy post but i just enjoy pikmin 4 a lot and i wish i saw more appreciation for it even if i get the criticisms and its a lot easier to make a post about something you sorta dislike than its to about one you like

I had the idea that Pikmin 5 could include a new red pikmin that is immune to fire, like how blue pikmin are immune to water. It would make dealing with fiery blowhogs a lot easier. Here is some art I made of my idea. Let me know what you think please
