My PNID is JoshuaK277, I play Mario kart, smash, splatoon, mario maker, and some other games. I wanna get some more friends added on here!

I am using a 3.5 WD Blue 1TB HDD with its own power adapter and formatted it on the Wii U. No matter how many times I try installing on the HDD, it always freezes at random percents. I tried installing it on nand and it works just not for the HDD. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you…

i finally got my wii u! is been a month to try to find the best looking wii u i could find. And well sure enough. i ended up with this wii u. the wii u that came also bundled up with 10 games. i tested some of them and well i will say that.. super smash bros 4 and Mario 3D world were the best games for me. The seller also included this cool bullet bill aswell :00 I decided to give to my sister since idk what else to with it.. but i sure did enjoyed this console! in the future.. i will indeed modding it and i think is my first time trying to mod a console <:) and i will aswell give it more games if i want to but in the mean time.. this is very awesome!

It's a black Wii u, the console does turn on but can't connect to the TV I tried both hdmi and av out and I can't get the wii u pad to connect either, I'm betting it's a nand issue, I doubt the console was modded, is there anyway of fixing it without soldering?

Hello, so I have a Japanese Wii U that I modded and changed to USA's region. I wanted to do the same for the vWii so I got vWii decaffeinator and ran it on light mode, I then tried to update my system (like the guide says) and discovered my system was already up to date. Ive looked around and i think I'm out of luck so this is my last try to see if theres anything I can do. I very very stupidly didnt back up my NAND or anything so I cant just restore it from a backup. Please let me know if i can do anything to save my vWii bc i planned on using it a lot. If theres nothing I can do to save that, is there any way at all i could play wii games on my wii u?

Got this Wiimote as a gift (been telling my friends I needed a motion plus controller) but haven't found a way to connect it to my Wii U. I wouldn't want to break her heart, so please tell me there's a way to connect it...

When I try to connect it, the console ignores it and all 4 LEDs stay on.

So i was just playing my wii u one day And it literly shut downed [Crashed]

It showed me a blinking red Thingy on the wii u but I fixed it Via Unplugging the Power cable and then plugging it back.

Then it happend again and then stopped randomly and then again.

Does anyone have fixes for this problem?

So when I turn my Wii U on it’s always like a 50/50 chance the tv audio will work

The gamepad’s audio plays fine but the system is hit or miss

It only occurs with the Wii U none of my other systems or my dvd player, and I don’t know what’s causing it

It fixes itself when I turn it off and on again a few times, but it’s always annoying to deal with

The odds do seem almost exactly 50/50

Once it’s on however the audio is that’s how it’ll be the rest of the time it doesn’t cut out or in at all

It’s just so… weird… I have no idea what’s going on

Was continuing on Zelda Twilight princess HD (disc) and I honestly forgot they had forgotten to give collision to the camera angle at this spot in the city in the sky dungeon that you're not supposed to see.

Just wondering what everyone’s thoughts are regarding the possibility of being able to use a GameCube Controller for Wii games such as Brawl or Mario kart through the GC usb adapter. I know mayflash makes an adapter for the Wii remote that allows the GC controller to act as a classic controller but that’s less than ideal. I’ve also heard of something called Brainslug, but that also seems like it’s finicky and hit or miss. Nintendont and HID to VPAD are awesome for allowing me to use my GameCube controller for GameCube, Wii U, and VCI but support for Wii games would be awesome.

So yeah, is GameCube Controller support through the USB adapter something we should expect to be hopefully solved? I’m new to modding WiiU, so if anyone knows any other alternatives, or even a solution that I missed please share. Curious to see what everyone thinks.

Progress so far:
Set up the 3D board map (1000 \times 1000 plane with custom board textures).
Added custom 3D character tokens on the GO tile — including Littlefoot from The Land Before Time, Cera, Ducky, Spike, Petrie, the car, and the top hat!
Built the Main Menu and Player Setup UI scenes in 2D with human/bot drop-down choices.
Planning to handle dice rolling and board tile movement next before testing exports. Let me know what you think!
