Cuando tenía cinco años, mi madre nos compró una Nintendo Wii. Enseguida empezamos a jugar a Mario Kart, y mi madre siempre ganaba (probablemente porque yo tenía cinco años). Como no quería perderse, practicaba durante horas frente al televisor. La reté (con Yoshi, por supuesto) ¡y al final le gané! Aunque después seguí ganando, ella siguió jugando conmigo. Echo de menos correr con ella todos los días y siempre recuerdo esos momentos felices. ¿Alguien más jugaba a videojuegos con su madre?

I procrastinated a bit but I got it done! I’m suspicious that the bots were cheating but at least I’m more prepared for online now! The cups are so shiny..

When World first came out, it was pretty unanimous online that World was the better game but I say it’s probably because of it being the new game. As time has went on, it seems that people who play Mario Kart more casually or are in the middle of casual and competitive generally seem to like 8 Deluxe more while people who love competitive enjoy World more. Most people here I imagine lean into the 2 clatter categories. I do generally want to see opinions from people here what game they prefer. Even when World came out, I still preferred 8 Deluxe but even now, I can still confidently say I enjoy 8 Deluxe more. Not to say World is a bad game, but I still feel like I never clicked into it. I would say I’m generally between casual and competitive. I’m not one of the best players by far, but I think I’m pretty good overall.

Hi guys i need help deciding which mario kart to play more often online

I like both games if im gonna be honest but struggling to decide which out of the 2 i wanna play between 8 deluxe and world which one would you suggest popularity wise ?

Assuming Nintendo only bringing back the 10 colors used in Mario Kart Wii. & No Mii costumes aside from the 12 colors.

I made a texture hack of Bowser Castle 3 that makes it jolly af!!

The skybox, planets and other objects have all been ported from Super Mario Galaxy 1.

The shading and materials arent exactly on par though and since Mario Kart Wii does not support the same projection mapping that the galaxy games use, I had to find a way to recreate the effect of the bottom half of the skybox (just ended up covering it with a big fog plane).

I'm extremely happy with how this turned out, I've learned a lot about track editing since last year so I hope I'll be able to make an actual functioning CT someday ^^

For some reason mirror mode in mkw wont unlock, I have all gold in both grand prix and knockout tour (150cc) I have all ?-Pannels, over 200 P-switches, and over 80 peach medallions. Ive replayed the special cup about 3 times and even tried skipping the credits, yet mirror mode is still not unlocked. Do I need to be connected to the internet for it to work?

Wouldn’t it look cool whilst your gliding to the final bit (not the bit before when the final section starts) that the position icon would change to rainbow which would add to the track so much in my opinion, i just feel it would add to the excitement of the end with the incredible music in the background,

Originally this was just going to be a montage of common KO Tour shock spots but a recent rewatch of Jackass gave me the idea to set the clips to "Electric Avenue."

I've had this clip for awhile and now I've finally gotten around to sharing it. Man, I love this game.

I can't lie, this is literally just a rant, I can't stand this fucking bridge, damn near impossible to catch up to anyone and you'd swear the railings just slow you down, the last 7 times I went across that bridge in cloud rally, in every single time I could never catch up to 8th place, the entire good damn bridge I'm fighting just to keep up and you can't pass anyone because they all have the same never ending boost pads, I don't understand why the devs decided to kill all momentum when you're in the air, it makes the boost pads with the ramps off the top of the bridge completely useless, this map frustrates me to no end, rant over
