Okay, I'll tell you the whole game from the best of my memory.
In short;
The game begins with the player waking up in a house. I don't remember exactly what the house looked like, but I know the house were white, there was a swimming pool, and a garage with a car inside.
The player leaves his house and then goes to the police station and finds a man in front of a computer. The man was looking at the computer, but when the hero entered, he took his eyes off the computer and looked at the hero and started to talk a little. He was speaking in English, and at that time I did not know English, as I was a child (I am an Arab, not English, and until now I do not speak English well. I am speaking here entirely through translation, I will not lie to you, haha). Anyway, the man started to talk and then pointed to a room and told the player to enter it.
The player entered the room and found—well, how should I put it—practice, practice, specifically with the pistol. The room contained some wooden boards that were clearly designed for shooting practice; this was evident from their shape. All the player did was walk around the room and shoot at these boards.
The player completed the first task, which was practicing with that pistol, and then went out, only to find that outside there was a criminal inside a red car who was running away. The player and the rest of the police entered the police cars and began to chase the man inside the red car. As a player, you should only not lose the man; you should only chase him. That's all you should do. You shouldn't kill him, for example, or shoot him because that's pointless. Believe me, I tried to destroy the car. The important thing is.
After that chase, my memory faded. I don't know exactly what happened, but I do know that the red car was destroyed and the criminal escaped down the alley. You, the player, were holding your gun and running after the criminal, chasing him down the alley. And well, that's where the mission ended.
The city in the game had no police, but as you started completing missions, the police began to appear. I honestly don't know if they appeared suddenly after a certain mission or gradually, as I was just a child. But what I do know is that the city was without police, and that the police would appear once you started completing missions.
Oh, right, I forgot to tell you, the aiming indicator in this game was different from the aiming indicator in other games. In other games, the aiming indicator turns red if it hits the target, no matter where the target is—a bad citizen, for example—it turns red. But in the game I want, the indicator turns green if it hits an innocent citizen who hasn't done anything wrong. If you shoot this citizen, they run away. But if the aiming indicator hits a criminal, it turns red. And if you shoot and kill them, they usually pull out a weapon and fight you—they're truly evil. You could say you have a compass that lets you distinguish between good and evil. The aiming indicator turns green with peaceful citizens, but with bad villains, it turns red.
I remember in my childhood I had a strange habit: I would walk down the street and point a target at people. If their target was red, I would kill them; if it was green, I would let them go. I don't know why I did this, but I did it.
The game is available on PlayStation 2.
Well, I hope I haven't made a mistake in describing the game to you, and thank you...
