Hello everyone~

I spend a good amount of time on reddit and have a little prior moderation experience. I'm still learning, though and would be more than happy to expand my knowledge and learn from more experienced mods

A little bit about my account:

• 41k+ karma
• 3.3k+ contributions
• 4 year old account
• 2FA enabled
• Verified email

Timezone: IST (UTC+5:30)

As for moderating, I'd mainly be able to help keep the subreddit clean by removing spam, NSFW content, hate speech and irrelevant posts. I'm also happy to help manage modmail (yes, including dealing with difficult users) and handle other basic moderation tasks as needed

I'm open to feedback, willing to learn and happy to work alongside the existing mod team to help keep the community safe and well maintained

If that's something you're comfortable with, I'd love to help moderate your subreddit alongside you and the rest of the team!

Cheers!

I have a lot of free time and I wish to help a reddit community be larger and more active.

I am 11 months old in my reddit account but I have 8.1 karma.

I dont have much to do so I am usually online

• Active, reliable individuals
• People who can enforce community rules fairly and consistently
• Previous moderation experience is required, NSFW communities is a plus!

THE QUEENS BRING THE PRESENCE. THE BADDIES BRING THE HEAT. WE NEED THE RIGHT TEAM BEHIND THE SCENES TO KEEP IT ALL RUNNING.

r/AskJapan

Need Japanese mods. DM me.

r/dwts is an entertainment subreddit about the show Dancing With The Stars with about 5,400 members and 108,000 visitors and about 3 million views. It's Dancing With The Stars season and we are seeing a lot of activity. We use automation and auto enforce.

What you'd do:

Work the mod queue and remove posts with spoilers in titles or posts that break the rules, rule-breaking comments, citing the rule each time.

Help weed out and ban bots, trolls, rude and unkind posters and other bad intentioned posters.

What we are looking for:

Someone is already a moderator, preferably similar size or larger subreddit.

If someone has experience moderating a TV show that would be great, but not required.

A calm and cool head. People who make rude posts will send rude ModMails. We try to be brief in responses and circle back to the rules rather than get into big arguments with those who are upset about Mod actions.

If you would like to apply please fill out the application here: https://www.reddit.com/r/dwts/application/

Please either message me or leave a comment in this thread to let me know you found the application on this subreddit and are interested.

We will review all the applications. Thank you for reading!

Hi all,

I'm hoping to find a mod team willing to take on a trainee. I've never moderated before, and I'd rather learn it properly from people who know what they're doing than figure it out alone.

What I'm asking for: a chance to shadow your team for a few weeks. Start me with limited permissions (or none at all), let me watch how you handle the queue, reports, and modmail, and I'll ask questions as I go. Once you're comfortable with my judgment, I'm happy to take on whatever grunt work you need.

About me:

7-year-old account, 2FA on, verified email

Business owner, about 25 years in construction

Based in Florida, usually online mornings and evenings ET

Reliable, take feedback well, and won't go rogue with permissions

What I want to learn:

Mod queue and removal reasons

AutoModerator basics

Handling modmail and difficult users

I'd especially like SFW subs in construction, home building, home improvement, Florida/local communities, or hockey, but I'm open to anything that's a good fit.

If your team has room for a trainee, comment or DM me. Thanks!

Hello, I’ve been off modding for a while now, and I’d like to start again! I do have past experience, but I decided to left due to toxic behavior. I’m looking for a healthy group now. Ty!

Hiiiii y'all, I am looking to join a mod team and help out a community. I have been on Reddit for a year now and hang out in a lot of different subs, so I know a thing or two about how Reddit works and how to deal with different kinds of users. I am a beginner mod and started my own sub 3 weeks ago, so I already know how to use the Mod Queue, AutoMod, flairs, and other mod tools.

I am polite, patient, and fair when talking to people or handling Modmail. I am available all day and active for about 4 hours daily, so I can easily keep an eye on things. Thanks! ✌🏻

I won't just help you manage and clear the mod queues but help to actually grow the subreddit..

/r/EveryBitTexas is a Texas history and culture sub with about 3,800 members, and bots keep finding it. I ban them as fast as I can, but I'm one mod with a day job. I need help.

What you'd do:

• Work the mod queue and remove rule-breaking comments, citing the rule each time
• Ban bots, trolls and other bad actors

What I'm looking for:

• Someone who actually lives in Texas. I'll read your post history, so it should show
• An account with a real record of normal comments
• Time to check the queue most days
• A cool head. You'll get called names, and a calm removal message beats a clever comeback every time

I handle all appeals myself, so you never have to argue with a banned user.

How to apply: fill out the application here: https://www.reddit.com/r/EveryBitTexas/application/

Then leave a comment on this post, even just a "?", so I know to look for yours. Please don't send me a PM. I turned them off after getting threats, so I won't see it.

Every application gets read. Anything that looks like a bot, or a reply that reads like one, gets ignored.

[r/SmallVerseOfficial](r/SmallVerseOfficial) is a community based group for the online web game SmallVerse. Players regularly post on it to promote their missions, artwork, spaces, trading, or ask for help.

This sub is not that popular, it has 225 members. My life has gotten very busy recently so I can’t be as active as i’d like to be.

I’m looking for a moderator who can stay on top of the community and delete any posts related to selling items/gold. There is a mega thread for players to refer to, but a lot still make posts that spam the feed.

If you are interested please DM me or comment. Thank you!

We need someone to create posts and invite models. r/PussyRevealGW is growing very fast.

Hello everyone! I am a moderator for the community r/AskFitnessIndia and would like to recruit more mods because we only have a couple of active mods, and life's been getting busier so I can't handle the load.

Requirements and needs :

Main focus would be driving engagement, organising community events, and helping grow the sub along with me.

Looking for someone with prior Reddit mod experience, preferably with Indian communities, who has experience with maintaining subreddits.

Routine moderation and filtering low-effort/unrelated posts are mostly handled, so the focus is more on community building and engagement.

Hi guys r/cutemaxxing has been put as nsfw and we need to get if back to how it was before. We need to cleanse and bring contributions up. Please reach out if u are willing to help any and all help is useful tysm!🩷🥹

Hello,

Let me tell you about myself;

I have:

1. Verified email
2. 2FA
3. My account is over 3 years old and has positive karma
4. I can be a team player, working to solve problems with moderating

I unfortunately do not have any prior moderating experience, however I am looking to gain skills and experience moderating

And I unfortunately cannot deal with difficult users and actively look to avoid conflict\*

Other than those, I would like to get some moderating experience, and helping subreddits

Edit: 2FA is now enabled

Edit 2: I am going to clarify, I try to de-escalate conflicts, even if it involves dealing with users.

r/blindrankings is a community with over 250k members and are looking for someone who is active on reddit and is serious about it. Please comment your experience having moderated a sub and I'll get in touch with you.

I’m a dedicated follower and active member of communities like r/IPL, r/IndiaCricket , and r/Cricket. With live match threads generating high-volume discussions, intense rivalries, and fast-paced traffic, I’m reaching out to offer my support as a moderator to help keep the community well-organized, welcoming, and enjoyable for all fans.

Hey. I'm currently a moderator at r/WhatIsTheTea and r/HelpMeFindThis

I'm interested in joining an established, active community, preferably related to movies, entertainment, pop culture, or communities where people can have interesting discussions and connect over shared interests.

I'd like to contribute to a team where I can learn, take on responsibilities, and help the community grow. I'm still developing my moderation skills, but I'm willing to learn and communicate with the team.

If you're looking for an additional moderator, feel free to reach out with details about your community and what you'd need help with.

Thank You 😊

I’m currently moderating the following subs :
r/CBSE
r/HelpMeFindThis
r/FunnyIndia
r/AskCarGuysIndia

I would love to moderate a few more subReddits and keep them organised and remove unnecessary posts.

Thanks

I didn't realize the "subreddit name first" rule on my first try here. Apologies. Anyways, here is the text, pretty much the same as before:

So, a couple years ago I submitted a request to mod r/tipofmypenis because it got suspended for lack of moderation. However, it turns out that I am terrible at using moderation tools well... and all of the other mods have went inactive, placing the subreddit in a precarious state.

I'm going to be pretty lenient on requirements (as long as you know how to mod), but there's two things you should be ready to promise.

A. Do not place any restrictions on the content people can request for. All fetishes and works (that don't violate sitewide Content Policy) should be fine for someone to submit.

B. Do not use your powers to try to bring any political posts into the subreddit, or participate in any site protests that would affect the subreddit's usability.

I’m pretty active I’d say, nearly 500 day streak, active in those big subs as well as some Minecraft or tv show ones. Can mod any sub. Asia timezones to help out when other mods are sleeping.

*Note: need to be indian AND a teen with prefarably some mod experience*

https://www.reddit.com/r/IndianTeenagers/

No forms or anything like that this time, it gets too hectic.

To apply, please dm me with your mod experience(if any), your age, gender and i'd go through the reddit profile and schedule the interview, if it feels worthy.

Note: anyone who's previously applied but not been modmailed for a interview can still dm me, as all forms have not been thoroughly looked through. Do mention if you've filled the form beforehand of course
