Need Japanese mods. DM me.

Hello, I’ve been off modding for a while now, and I’d like to start again! I do have past experience, but I decided to left due to toxic behavior. I’m looking for a healthy group now. Ty!

Hiiiii y'all, I am looking to join a mod team and help out a community. I have been on Reddit for a year now and hang out in a lot of different subs, so I know a thing or two about how Reddit works and how to deal with different kinds of users. I am a beginner mod and started my own sub 3 weeks ago, so I already know how to use the Mod Queue, AutoMod, flairs, and other mod tools.

I am polite, patient, and fair when talking to people or handling Modmail. I am available all day and active for about 4 hours daily, so I can easily keep an eye on things. Thanks! ✌🏻

I won't just help you manage and clear the mod queues but help to actually grow the subreddit..

/r/EveryBitTexas is a Texas history and culture sub with about 3,800 members, and bots keep finding it. I ban them as fast as I can, but I'm one mod with a day job. I need help.

What you'd do:

• Work the mod queue and remove rule-breaking comments, citing the rule each time
• Ban bots, trolls and other bad actors

What I'm looking for:

• Someone who actually lives in Texas. I'll read your post history, so it should show
• An account with a real record of normal comments
• Time to check the queue most days
• A cool head. You'll get called names, and a calm removal message beats a clever comeback every time

I handle all appeals myself, so you never have to argue with a banned user.

How to apply: fill out the application here: https://www.reddit.com/r/EveryBitTexas/application/

Then leave a comment on this post, even just a "?", so I know to look for yours. Please don't send me a PM. I turned them off after getting threats, so I won't see it.

Every application gets read. Anything that looks like a bot, or a reply that reads like one, gets ignored.
