The Indianapolis live events website lists things to do, shows, concerts, and events coming up around town. Worth a look if you're planning the weekend.

The app (iPhone / iOS / Android) goes beyond events. Open it wherever you are and it shows what's nearby right now: restaurants, bars, museums, and other things to do.

We are actively working on it, so feedback from people who live here is really valuable. If something's missing or wrong for Indianapolis, let me know in the comments or by DM.

Seems like for a city its size Indy should be getting a lot more musical artists stopping here for tours. But I see small to mid fame artists go to Kansas City, Louisville, Minneapolis, Pittsburg and other smaller cities and not stop in Indy. Is it because we lack smaller venues? Or are we toO close to Chicago ? Or are smaller non country artists afraid to stop here because of the conservatism of the state.

Looks like all of the local, state and federal managed parks around here have outright banned drones, or they have prohibitive restrictions that require you to buy special insurance and fill out an application that will likely get denied anyway.

Got a very small drone (< 250 grams) that I'd like to fly somewhere other than my own back yard. Nothing commercial. Was really hoping some of these large open spaces would be legal to fly in when the traffic is low.

moved here not long ago and honestly still feel like a tourist in my own neighborhood. trying to find a spot near the hospital that's open late when my schedule gets weird, and maybe a trail or park where people actually go on random weekday mornings. what do folks here actually do on a sunday when it's too cold to be outside for long? just want to feel a little less like a stranger around here.

After some of our storms and general clean up, I've got about three large piles of branches and yard waste to get rid of. Anyone have suggestions on who I can call for a decent price to haul them away?

Is there anywhere that has self service vacuums for your car over on the west side? Like broad ripple, eagle creek, speedway type area? I don’t want to go to crew car wash. I just want an old fashioned self service place.

Looking for a karaoke spot to go to if anyone has any recommendations! Queer friendly preffered if at all possible. I tried searching the sub but most seem to be on week days or on Saturday.
