Hi all riders out there, I went through a C5-C6 ACDF surgery in July. Since then I have been feeling good with none such pains in my neck. I am planning to ride an Enduro trails for 4 days in Northern Thailand and looking for advice if it is safe to ride 5 months post surgery?

I need to know if someone underwent same procedure and how soon you went back to riding??
