title. i'm wanting to get some raw estradiol powder because *gestures at the world and the state of the united states rn*. i have the money to get the raws but i don't necessarily have the money rn to get all the equipment necessary to make it into injectables. could i just take some of the raw powder and eat/subcutaneous dissolve it, or is there something about the injectable production process that's necessary to ""activate"" it? alternatively, if there's a way cheaper method to make sprays or whatever i'd be amenable to that.

Not sure what happened, but upon entering the Hera website, since ~12 hours ago, an error message of sorts pops up and nothing is available. I’ve come across this not one day after an order for estradiol enanthate was placed, processed, and paid for. Does this happen often with hera? is it something of concern? Is it something legal or just a temporary website error? Really scared the service is shutting down and my vial will never arrive.

I've put my finger on why it feels so off to me to do DIY. It feels like impulse buying 😅

5 Years HRT, small B-Cups. Before getting BA i was going to try out all alternative routes.

Im 5'5 and 110lbs and my breasts stopped growing about 8 months into HRT, especially after switching from pills to injections (i assume that was the cypro no longer depositing water in my breasts)

5mg EEn weekly ish, blood levels good.

So i got prog, for the second time. The first time was 2 years ago and back then i combined 200mg prog with 100mg domperidone and i made my breast size go up by 2 cups but as soon as i discontinued the domp and prog it all went away. Had no soreness or pain back then.

Now tho, its been brutal. I got actual prog prescribed from a pharmacy, i believe its made of something different than the DIY prog i got from turkey 2 years ago, and my breasts are in agony. Cant even wear a bra anymore.

Been taking it for 3 weeks, rectally.

They are very firm/hard to the touch, i can feel buds basically filling the entire inside of my breast, squeezing or bumping into them causes immense pain and sometimes they just hurt like hell by themselves. Nipple soreness just from my tshirts.

Does this mean they actually might grow some more now or is that much breast bud tissue a problem? They have gained ~20% in size so far, altho its not that visible. More like very rounded out and shape filled in...

i did 8mg for my first dose and then im gonna do 4mg weekly from now on
its kinda shocking how little the dose was, only .2ml for 8mg? 10mL x 40mg/ml so i think my math is right

I injected 8mg IM at first, and did three injections of 4mg to follow up, once per week. My tests at a month came back with 60pg/ml at trough. I later handed the vial off to a friend starting on HRT, and she did the same routine albeit subq, for a month as well. Her levels returned at 100pg/ml at trough.

Putting the dose into a simulator like estrannaise, trough levels are predicted at 250pg/ml. At first, I believed that the reason my levels were so low in comparison was due to extraordinarily poor injection technique. I knew I was losing a portion to botched airlocking, but losing 76% sounded extreme. Still, it was the only explanation I could accept.

However, since our levels came back surprisingly low, I am starting to doubt that.

I believe the difference between my friend's result and my result comes from natural biological variation, as well as the fact that I was losing a portion to poor airlocking technique every time I injected. Her use of insulin needles meant little loss, if any. A 40% loss in my case is much more believable, especially considering that I did my 8mg loading dose back-to-back instead of all at once.

The fact that I was not losing as much as I thought implies that the vial itself is messed up somehow. It's possible that the dose is a mere 20mg/ml, or even less. I was reminded of the recent drama with Hera, and the real risk of this sort of thing.

Has anyone else bought the same batch, and have they experienced anything similar?

Hello, I am planning to do DIY (MTF), and to do that I need to buy a vial from another country. I live in Indonesia. I am afraid that the shipping could be intercepted and my package could be seized. What is actually the possibility of that? How to avoid that?

My (crude) plan is to buy Estradiol Undecylate vials from Symphony Labs. They have a stealth option that will mark the vial as Castrol Oil (at least in the website it looks like that). Would that be effective enough?

hey! i started injections (EEn, 4mg once a week subq) about three weeks ago today & yesterday was meant to be my third injection.

the first & second times i was able to stomach it by psyching myself up but i completely froze yesterday & failed to follow through three times :( i've woken up feeling worse than ever and can't get out of bed. as of right now i've only injected the right and left of my abdomen

has anyone else experienced their fear getting worse over time?? i'm scared i might have to swap from injections to smth like gel because i'm just too afraid. i'm considering trying other sites (butt, i have rlly small thighs) but its the actual motion of stabbing i can:t do

(for bonus context i'm dyspraxic and ridiculously shaky - the lower confidence from dyspraxia and physical ineptitude compounds into me freaking out really bad)

I cannot ship anything to my current address as i still live with my parent(i'm 25), and do not currently know anyone i would be able to ship it to, i would easily be able to hide any medication i get and take it just fine, getting hold of it is the issue.

I live in the uk, so it's completely legal for me to order online, i COULD get hrt on nhs but this would be years and i probably NEED to start much sooner.

I don't have a requirement of what form of e i would take, i would prefer gel but am completely open to injections/pills+anti androgen/anything honestly, but would prefer monotherapy.

I don't know what i can really do about my situation, po boxes don't seem like they would work for this(and probably too expensive unless i go injections and get a vial, then it'd last a year and i could just get a po box for the minimum time, but even then it's a lot of money so idk if i could do this) and it doesn't seem like i would be able to use an inpost locker or similar to deliver to directly.

Looking for advice for things i could do in my situation(and tbh someone to make sure i don't chicken out again)

Hi! I finally did my first injection on Monday, 4mg of EEn subq into my right thigh and the relief afterwards was amazing. But I have since read several posts about loading doses and it sounds like I probably should have done an 8mg injection just for my first one.

Is it worth doing 8mg or even just 6 for my second injection next monday before returning to 4mg weekly, or should I just continue with 4mg injections?

I'm on 5mg of Estradiol Enanthate (every 7 days) at the moment, if it isn't possible to guess whether my levels are correct, is it safe to bump it up to like 6mg or even 7mg to ensure they're above where they're meant to be?

hi, so ive been doing im for a little bit over a year now, starting off with valerate and later on switching over to enanthate, with some minor and major hiccups. ive always found the experience somewhat unpleasant but never to the point of ever discarding a needle and postponing the injection, until very recently. for the last two months each injection has been getting more and more difficult, uncomfortable and just straight up painful. for the past month, i have, without a fail, spent over 20 minutes crying over my leg trying to just do it. often i pull out the needle midway because it gets way too painful or feels like a i hit a vessel. sometimes my leg will tense up or ill feel blood pulsing which will scare me off into pulling the needle out. i dont know if its the scar tissue building up, me genuinely just being dogshit or something else. again i have been doing this for over a year, fucking up every now and then but always actually going through with it, and despite this i genuinely just could not do it tonight.
i have been using 22g needles, which i am aware are not the best but the only other option i have is 23g. i dont know how big of a difference itll make but im not so sure it will entirely fix the issue. im also very hesitant on switching to subq, as ive heard?? it can be even more painful than IM, plus it looks way more easier to fuck up and do something wrong.
i cant do the dart thing with the syringe either. ive always been very slowly pushing the needle into my leg, which is probably the whole reason of why im in so much pain but i just cannot do it faster. i thought i wasnt really scared of needles and i still think im not but my hands shake uncontrollably when i have to do my injection so idk.

has anyone else had this?? any advice? anything?

Regarding Pawsnax: They were great! I ordered 2 40 mg/ml EEn vials on Sept. 9th, and they arrived discretely on the 17th the same month. I didn't order any other products so this will specifically be about the EEn vials.

I was really skeptical at first since they were basically a brand new shop at the time and their packaging is insanely puppy/pony coded. I ordered on a whim to resupply ASAP and they were on valerie.vg so I assumed they would be fine. Their customer support was great and they were able to clear up some crypto troubles I had. My dumb ass sent too much crypto but they gave me the excess back.

The vials were flawless and visually uncontaminated, and so far I've not had any unexpected symptoms from injecting either. They arrived in just a bubbled mail package but I still had a couple of the 3D printed black vial capsules that OGL used to send in their vials and they were able to fit into them perfectly!

Hello everyone, I did a new bloodtest recently and I wanted to have your opinion on the results if possible.

I was on 0.13 mL of Een (40mg/mL) and I decided to increase my dose to 0.20 mL, here are the new results (I took the test nearly 2 months after increasing my dose) :

Estradiol : 355 pg/mL (Previously 194 pg/mL)

Progesterone : (boofing 200mg / day) : 2.07 ng/mL

Testosterone : 0.38 ng/mL (38 mg/dL) (Previously 0.43 ng/mL when I was still at 0.1 mL Een)

SHBG : 43.4 nmol/L

Prolactin : 30.70 ng/mL (Previously 17.90 ng/mL)

DHT : 0.16 ng/mL

E1 : 151 pg/mL

Im on monotherapy but I feel like my T is not suppressed enough and that make me extra scared and dysphoric about my whole transition because I also suffer from male pattern baldness (Thats why im checking the DHT) and I want to be extra sure I eliminated the problem.

I don't really know how to interpret the DHT, Prolactin and SHBG results if you all could help me with that <3

Should I just go with some DHT blocker solution ? It sounds kinda rough to get that kind on medication in Europe while being on DIY ...

I also thought about decreasing my dose to ~0.15mL but on another hand I feel like my T is not suppressed enough so I don't really know. My transition has been stalling and I don't really have anything going on after 8 months on HRT and these results make me scared to be honest, I only feel comfortable about my Estradiol value but the rest is scarry.

I did some labs before increasing E from 4 to 6mg sublingual pills.
With 4mg of E (2mg every 12 hours) with 150mg Spiro my T seems to be “less than” 0,09 nmol/L.

Can this be the reason I have constant fatigue? To my understanding this is lower than normal for a woman.

Hey, I've been prescribed super cheap estrogen pills, but for a pretty low dose (4mg a day). I'm also on a blocker (cyproterone). I'm not having my next blood test for a few weeks but I'm pretty sure the blocker has successfully tanked my t.

My doctor has suggested I could get an implant in the future, but in the meantime I was thinking I could get a little bit more out of my prescription by taking my pills sublingually instead of orally. I'm just wondering if this is generally possible with film coated estradiol hemihydrate (the exact brand is Zumenon if that helps), and if there is anything I should know about how to do it? From what I understand dosing them at least twice a day right? The pills are 2mg in size, so I could do one in morning and one in evening, or split them and do a few through day.
