Recently order my first vial from Hera and was super excited about it arriving. Came within 12 days from US to UK (great dispatch time and speedy delivery all things considered) but arrived in a clear bag made by royal mail "we are sorry your item arrived in this condition".

Vial is completely smashed and oil everywhere.

Devastated does not even begin to describe how I feel.

Not Heras fault obviously it mustve been smashed in transit - maybe needs more bubble wrap in the future?

Dont know what to do now, emailed support but with the website being down I dont really know where to go now - maybe hope for a astro restock if the universe allows it.

I got my HRT yesterday from Aurelia, expected time of arrival was Nov 1st but it got here on Oct 23rd. (I got notified for every process of the package via email)

Now that it is in my hands, what is the next step? Ideally I'd want to get labs first for my baseline Estrogen and Total Testosterone levels. But do I need anything other than that considering that it's going to be mono therapy.

The wiki/guide I read said that a recommended dose is 7mg every 10d, while another recommended 4mg every 7d, etc. I haven't done the first injection yet until I get labs hopefully tomorrow or Monday. What should I do?

I've been inyecting 6mg of Een every 7 days for 6 months (I don't have enough money to do a blood test) I have seen results, breast growth, fat redistribution, testicular atrophy and more. One thing I can't get rid of even with good habits is my acne, I was taking finasteride and it helped but did not stop it completly. Hey guys! I was on diy test c for around ~10 months before stopping for surgery for 2 months. I made my own gel recently and I love it however I have now gotten my period, again. Ive been on it around 2.5 months, first period I was like okay, maybe its becuase still adjusting since only been a few weeks. 35 days after my last period I get it again today. May it just take some time to adjust or should I just go back to needles? I despise needles and actually had to stop because I ended up skipping doses I just couldnt inject. I really hope gel is working and it ends up going. I haven't checked levels, I was able to twice on shots but cant anymore now. Maybe my levels are just weird?

NSFW a bit might be TMI. Hey yall. Im MTF trans girly (22 years old) 1 yr 1m on estrogen. I started injections last year when a friend of mine gave me their spare vial from astro vials. Estradiol Enanthate. Still using that one and its 400mg/10ml. Changes have definitely happened and im quite happy with the progress so it definitely works. Usually when i masturbate i release almost nothing for the last few months, maybe like a drop/ spit amount of liquid that has no color. Last time it was a bit more however , enough for me to notice and freak out a lil. but it still had no color at all. Then the next day i woke up with a sliiight erection but it was kinda tricky cuz as i was waking up i was checking for one and i was like ok good there isnt one and then i started getting one💀 as if i manifested this evil. But yeah im worried that my vial might have gone bad or something, I've been injecting 0.14ml every 7 days for the past month and before that i was injecting 0.12ml since february. All intermuscular. But last time while drawing in the medicine into my syringe it was going in really weirdly. Like i was pulling the syringe and it didnt drop anything and it suddenly dropped a few drops instantly. I thought probably the syringe is bad or something but idk. Ill have my next injection tomorrow and see how itll go. Hope its just my body doing random things that coincided funny and my vial is good.

I have gotten a vial of Estradiol Enanthate. Should I get an anti androgen with it? I'm probably going to start with 4 mg SQ injections once I order some needles for that. Is there any difference between SQ and IM injections? Any needle suggestions or help about anti androgens would also be greatly appreciated.

Heya, this is really just me asking about stuff again im not fully sure about. so currently thinking of getting fixed insulin needles cause its cheaper, all i can afford rn but im curious about it a bit? so i do know if im drawing 0.1 ml then i need 0.1ml air too, know the dosage numbers (i think) but i do not know where its better to inject, cant really find much on it either, so, are the insulin needles for subq good to do in leg? vial im getting is MCT, needle is 27g, it should be fine to draw and inject? one thing which also so many different places keep cycling is angle and where to inject, does the angle matter other than long as its upper outer-front thigh?

I'm gonna start HRT for the first time next week, EEn injections, I've read common dose is 4-6mg per week, i was thinking abt starting 4mg but i just got some blood tests and my testosterone is higher than the reference value, would it be wise to start 5 or 6mg from the go? (blood results below)

Also, i've been taking 5mg minoxidil and 1mg finasteride in a single capsule, everyday at breakfast for hairloss but i want to quit it bc it increases body hair growth and monotherapy should suppress DHT, do i need to wait some time before i stop taking the capsules? or the day i do my first injection i can just stop the capsules.

I'd like to then keep minoxidil but in topical format, there are no contraindications with monotherapy right?
