(Sorry in advance to the mods if this post sounds stupid or breaks rule 3)
I've tried my best to understand crypto buying and stuff but something will always push me away from it; payment methods, trading, needing crypto as a down payment to buy it for fiat, etc.
Being in the UK doesn't help either considering most of the sites I'm recommend are either limited or blocked without a VPN which I don't want to invest in just in case I get stuck again.
Does anyone have a "Crypto for absolute dummies" guide I can have or if someone could at least explain the steps to me like i'm 5 that would be greatly appreciated!

I don’t know how serious it is, I will just describe it.
I’ve only been on E for like 10 days now, (5mg enanthate injections every week) but I’ve noticed that like, Only when I get in bed to go to sleep, my heart will be like, Beating really hard? I’m not certain on the proper term for it, I checked my pulse during and it was 72 which is like normal. This only began happening after starting E. There’s been no issue with the injections, That part is fine. No other significant issues either.
It’s like, normal throughout the day, then when I lay down, after about 10 minutes i can feel my heart beating against my chest. Then I roll over and it stops for , about 50 seconds, then repeat. It’s not like , Strictly painful, but it is incredibly annoying. I expected the first few weeks to be weird because everything is being upended and stuff but this is like Really annoying.
At what point should I be worried? It’s happened maybe most nights I’ve tried sleeping. Last night was the worst though. Interestingly , after having a good laugh at something my friend sent me, it felt as if my heart was slotted back into its proper position(??????) I do not really know what’s going on. It truly is only when I’m in bed.
I’m like full diy with no doctor , involvement , and I’m wondering , if this is like , Something that happens , or if I should be worried. Any information is useful , thanks !

I started 3 months ago and was doing like 7.2 mg/week (injections) cause I didnt wanna risk poor t suppression. Did I stunt anything or will I be okay? From reading old posts it seems like having too high of a dose early on doesnt really do anything bad but I dunno my levels are a bit high.

do they really reduce needle anxiety? recently ive been having issues doing my injection myself and have had to have someone else do it for me. my worry is that it’ll hurt more than a regular injection

i've read the practical guide to hrt, so i know what type of needles i'll need, and where to get them (medical or veterinary locations, i presume a CVS pharmacy would count under medical, so that's where i'd go.)
my question is if you walk in and ask for needles... are they just gonna give them to you? are they gonna ask what you're using them for or are they going to ask for id? i don't want either of those to be true, but at least in the case of the former i could at least make a believable excuse instead of telling a complete stranger i'm taking estrogen (something like; "i have a telehealth doctor who needs a blood sample for testing" or something like that.) if they require id then i'm probably just not gonna get the needles, i'm already wary about having hrt-related stuff traced back to me.

I've looked it up a lot before but i've gotten so many contradictory results i decided to just ask myself

All of the sellers that ship from within Canada require you to buy with bitcoin, and I'm under 18. Are there any ways to buy bitcoin without ID

hi, so ive been doing im for a little bit over a year now, starting off with valerate and later on switching over to enanthate, with some minor and major hiccups. ive always found the experience somewhat unpleasant but never to the point of ever discarding a needle and postponing the injection, until very recently. for the last two months each injection has been getting more and more difficult, uncomfortable and just straight up painful. for the past month, i have, without a fail, spent over 20 minutes crying over my leg trying to just do it. often i pull out the needle midway because it gets way too painful or feels like a i hit a vessel. sometimes my leg will tense up or ill feel blood pulsing which will scare me off into pulling the needle out. i dont know if its the scar tissue building up, me genuinely just being dogshit or something else. again i have been doing this for over a year, fucking up every now and then but always actually going through with it, and despite this i genuinely just could not do it tonight.
i have been using 22g needles, which i am aware are not the best but the only other option i have is 23g. i dont know how big of a difference itll make but im not so sure it will entirely fix the issue. im also very hesitant on switching to subq, as ive heard?? it can be even more painful than IM, plus it looks way more easier to fuck up and do something wrong.
i cant do the dart thing with the syringe either. ive always been very slowly pushing the needle into my leg, which is probably the whole reason of why im in so much pain but i just cannot do it faster. i thought i wasnt really scared of needles and i still think im not but my hands shake uncontrollably when i have to do my injection so idk.
has anyone else had this?? any advice? anything?
these fucking injections make me so miserable.
EDIT:
hi yeah im going to switch to subq. i will be honest i say that i was hesitant on swapping because i have tried it once like a year ago but felt a sudden drop in my E levels, which, i am pretty sure, wasnt because of me switching over to subq but because i punctured my vial too hard and basically fucked it up OOPS!
also to all who said i should switch over to higher gauge needles - I WOULD LOVE TO!! However im pretty sure those just do not exist over here in fucking poland !
anyway thanks

currently, im doing IM injections into my thighs, switching legs and moving down the leg every week. my question is essentially how long until i can inject in the same area again? like when ive gone as far down as im willing to go, can i safely inject back in the area where i did my first injection, near the top of the muscle, after around a month?

Next week we are flying to Japan for a month and I would like to take my estrogel with me, for which I don’t have a prescription.
How can I do that best? I have to declare my ADHD medication at customs and I already have an authorization for that. That means I can’t just go in and practically say that I have nothing to declare and accordingly the question is, how do I get my estrogel in that way?
Will Customs search my remaining luggage when I go there for my ADHD medication? Has anyone experience with it?

astriovials says its out of stock- does anyone have any idea how often it restocks?

I bought estradiol valerate from OTK and I got a little messy, got air in the syringe, and as I tried to get the air back into the vial some liquid unfortunately dripped out of the vial (I was holding it upside down)
And it was... Like a perfume? It has a smell, I searched and it apparently is supposed to be odorless? Why does it have a smell lol??? They're reputable so I don't think I got scammed or anything, I'm just wondering lolz (I am asking partially to curb the worry though...)

E2: 180 pg/ml
T: 0.03 ng/ml
LH: 0.96 mUl/ml
FSH: 0.39 mUl/ml
I know my T is extremely low but I don't like estradiol being under 200. I was thinking about rising my dose to 5mg but I am not sure.

On 4mg E sublingual and 150mg Spiro I had 91pg/ml E and less than 0.09nmol/L T on trough.
On this regime I’d still have strong libido. If before HRT years ago I’d have masturbation urges daily or even twice a day now it’s once every other day. I think it’s pretty… too much? Also I have clear liquid. Not sperm. Just couple of drops of clear liquid.
Is this even possible? I don’t have any T. Less than a healthy female.
I upped Estradiol to 6mg and plan to decrease Spiro to 100mg daily but still haven’t made it because in my understanding proper T suppression should not leave you with every second day masturbation urges.
What are your recommendations?

What type of needle should I use for EEn with castor oil. I ordered from astrovials so it's 40% benzyl benzoate. Preferably would be fixed needle, but I'm ready do change my mind.
What would be the benefits of a shorter or longer needle. What about thickness. And whats your personal experience?

Since the Internet did a fucky wucky, I'd like to remind everyone that the information from websites is available from archive.org the pages are just archives so no ordering or anything, but FAQs and the like are preserved. I just had to do this because I received my shipment from Hera and was confused by the labelling.

I am using 31 gauge insulin needles and injecting 90 degrees which I think is okay.
I did an injection on the right side of my abdomen and the moved to the left the next time. I don’t want to get scar tissue from keeping it to the abdomen so should I be switching to outer thigh (right then left) and then switching back k abdomen to avoid scarring?
I heard some people only inject into the abdomen, but I’m not sure what’s best.

So for the past week or so I've been having spontaneous nipple discharge from my right nipple. Never from the left nipple, and it comes at random times during the day. The liquid is completely clear and kind of just feels like water but a bit more sticky i guess. I know my prolactin levels is kinda high at 802 10E-3IU/L. Has anyone else experienced this? is it a prolactin issue or something else? I'm extremely worried about breast cancer. I went to the GP and she tried to feel for lumps and she said she couldn't feel any lumps but that she was very unsure because she's not used to checking trans women.
My dose is 4mg gel per day and 12,5mg androcur every three days. I'm stopping androcur for now to see if that will lower my prolactin levels.
