What a time to be a Switch owner. been dreaming to play this on the go since Autorun came out, turns out @fungalspores made the X360 port possible!

New update just came out so you can change different settings, my settings:

Resolution -> 800x448
Texture -> Soft (Lowest Setting)
Anisotropy Filtering -> x4
Upscaling -> FSR 1

Running With Overclock Using Horizon OC:
CPU 1785/GPU 768/MEMORY 1933

Free Roam FPS: 19-30 fps
Central Park Area: 14-18 fps

yess the fps is bad but the frame pacing is really good, no stutter while free roaming, been playing a couple missions and i’m really okay with the fps. can’t wait for further optimization!

been working on it for a while. yes im using ai and this is awesome. its my first time rendering natively at all and at like 7 fps

I'm a complete beginner when it comes to this, so please bear with me. I'm trying to install and play EA SPORTS FC 27 on my modded Nintendo Switch, but it looks like the game requires a newer firmware than the one I'm currently running.

On PS4, there's something called a backport that allows you to play newer games on older firmware. Is there anything similar on the Switch?
If not, what's the safest way to update my Switch firmware without messing up the modchip or losing my ability to boot into CFW?

I'm currently using a modchipped Switch and would really appreciate a beginner-friendly explanation or YouTube tutorial. I don't want to brick my console trying to get one game working.

I have downloaded and installed the Windwaker HD Port via PipenSX Homebrew app but seems it installed a russian version of the game image.

I do have Language settings in the PipenSX app to english and shows it in the Game sub settings when launching the game, but it doesn't change it stays in Russian language. Have even tried the settings. Ini file on SD card unless I didn't edit (USA in language =)

Is there any way to edit or do I hava to redo this on a PC myself ?

** EDIT PROBLEM SOLVED **

So managed to correct my idiotic mistake by taking the data already setup on my Retroid Pocket 5 and replacing the folder & save file so all good 😅 👍

This is my first time updating my emummc with daybreak, and when I booted it up, it went into recovery mode automatically. I went back to Hekate using webrcm, and this message popped up.

Anyone else get something similar? My sysmmc is fine, so I'll just use that if there isn't a fix yet.

*Edit: I looked for similar posts, and am now able to boot using fusee.bin, so problem resolved ig

Since Switch ridiculously has only 3 Wrestling games. WWE 2K18, AEW Fight Forever and WWE 2K Battleground. Is there any chance of making decomp or Homebrew any Wrestling games from Xbox 360?

So I installed pipensx the other day and it's fucking amazing, however I'm confused about installing ports.

For example, Halo CE just installed and it's playable, but other games such as The Room 3&4 say I have to extract to the root of the SD card then install.

Looking at the file structure of those downloads, it seems they have a "switch" folder, so in my mind that's where I extract to... But when I do that then install the nsp, the game won't run and gives an error.

Can someone please clarify for me exactly what I'm supposed to do to get the ports I want actually running? I have no issues with any native Switch titles.

Was looking at battery capacity on Hekate and saw that it was around 1800mah, I kind freaked out and thought of using the Battery Desync Fix app , went in and decided to reset call, battery capacity went back up to 3600mah, but after I fully charged it, it's now saying my current capacity is 3891mah. Did I break the console? Can someone help me? Battery capacity hasn't gone down since I last charged it...

I tried installing Cult of the Lamb from two different sources on my switch, but they won't run, always giving me "‘The software was closed because an error occurred." after i press A to open the game.
Tried with base + update + DLCs, base + update and just base game, nothing worked.

I'm using a Switch Lite, with FW 22.5.0 | AMS 1.12.0 and sys-patch v1.6.2.3
All other games are working fine. Am i doing something wrong?

I have recently acquired a Switch v1 once again after regretting selling my old modded one last year.

I'm about to mod this again but I've been out of the game. If you have a v1, what CFW are you running safely? Not necessarily the latest versions, I'm interested in any past stable builds.

Hey everyone! I’m looking for an easier way to keep my installed Switch games updated without checking every title manually.

Ideally, I’d like a workflow that can:

• Compare installed game versions against the latest known versions.
• List games with missing or outdated updates.
• Batch-install the relevant updates from a folder on my PC or a home server.

I’ve come across AIO Switch Updater’s missing-update checker, DBI’s batch-update feature, and NXSyncDBI/CopyUpdates, but I’m unsure how well they fit together.

Has anyone used these tools together or found a setup they’re happy with? I’d appreciate hearing what your process looks like, how much is automated, and any limitations or quirks you’ve run into especially around version databases, regions, and file naming.

Just looking for advice on tools and update-management workflows, not download sources.

I’ve run out of space my on SD card. If i copy and paste all the contents from my old to my new SD card from my laptop. Is it as easy as that?

Hi all! I just modded my Switch and I wanted to try my hand with some old games. Since all Assassin's Creed games up to Rogue are already on Nintendo except for the first one, I wanted to see if it was possible to run/emulate it. Is it doable?

So i recently got a modded switch today and wanted to install some games onto it.I haven’t done anything like this before so its a bit new for me. The switch has only tinfoil on it.
When i tried to copy the nsp file this error pops up.
From what i can gather online this is because the card is a FAT32 card and i cant copy anything bigger that 4GB on the card. But every game i want to play is atleast 5GBs.
So the solution online says to format the card to exFAT but dont i need the card to be a FAT32 card for it to work.
So how am I supposed to make it work?
I am super new so some of my info might be wrong. Feel free to correct me. Thank you!
