Just released TweebboNX, a native Nintendo Switch port of Tweebbo, my open-source recreation of the classic Habbo Hotel experience (2006 - 2008)

You can explore rooms, chat, trade furniture, play minigames, and interact with players on PC, mobile, Nintendo 3DS, and PS Vita through crossplay!

It's still in active development, so expect frequent updates and some bugs along the way.

Hey everyone! I've been working on PaperNX, an open-source ebook reader for the Switch.

It supports EPUB and PDF, touch controls, customizable themes, bookmarks, reading progress, and reading stats. Everything runs offline and stays on your SD card.

I don't know who made the port and downloaded it from who knows where, and it still works terribly.

Currently making a port. All assets come from original game, except tv them song. Upgraded the title screen and working on implementing online to be compatible with original JavaScript game.

TL;DR: Tried updating OFW to 23.0.0: the fuses burned but the OFW did not actually update. Now there are too many burned fuses. What now?

I recently bought a 2nd switch V1 that has an emuMMC (FW 19.0.1) and an old OFW (version 10.0.4). I wanted to update the OFW to the latest FW (23.0.0 at the time) so that I could play diablo 3 online, so I did what worked perfectly on my other switch: (1) boot into stock OFW by hard powering off the switch and turning it back on without using RCM/autoRCM; (2) connect Switch to internet; (3) update the firmware to 23.0.0 through Nintendo's servers.

It seemed like it was working until the unit restarted, and now it (stock OFW) only boots up to the Nintendo splash screen (doesn't get to the Nintendo Switch splash screen) and then gets stuck on black screen. By using the FuseCheck payload (assuming that's trustworthy...), I figured out that the switch burned the correct number of fuses for this new FW version, but somehow did not successfully complete the firmware update. So from the system's perspective, I'm trying to run OFW 10.0.4 with the 23.0.0 fuse levels.

I can't enter maintenance mode (presumably because of the fuse situation). Is this the situation in which I do Hekate's "semi-stock" boot-to-sysMMC Atmosphere sysMMC, use a tool like Daybreak to re-do the firmware installation to 23.0.0/23.0.1, and from then on I should be able to boot into stock OFW? EDIT: and if so, do I need to run the latest Hekate / Atmosphere in order to update OFW to 23.0.1?

And any ideas on what may have caused this? particularly if it's something I did wrong (highly, highly possible)

Edit 2: did a little more research and I think I misunderstood "semi-stock" and that to use Daybreak, I should use Atmosphere SysMMC (aka SysMMC CFW or CFW SysMMC), but that I need to be careful because that's the place where it's possible to do things that risk banning

If there's one thing y'all should know is that it's not a 1/1 XBOX 360 port it's a rewrite, there's no traffic or NPC's, I saw someone else tried to port the XBOX version and it ran like shit so this is pretty good for a Switch version for now.

UPDATE: Okay here is the fix for skate 3 if you launched a map and it didn't work or rather makes your games crash and won't work, open the file skate3rust/settings/default-map.json and edit what's inside to "maps/University.skate"

Also Downtown maps don't work at all they crash the game, but the fix above fixes some of the crashes especially with University maps

Would be such an amazing game to be able to play on the fly

I do not wish to upgrade, since that would mean less RAM available that Atmosphére can use.

When starting any game it stuck with [target] starting "game name exe" , and when try launching a game using 32bit forwarder it stuck on black screen, any game I threw at it with the same issues, am i messing something?

I’m using Emunand on firmware 23.0.1. I have the latest sys-patch installed.

For the last two weeks, every time I turn on my switch, it takes a long time for the Custom Firmware to load. The menus are slow, the icon load for a long time, games take minutes to even begin loading and when they DO load, the loading times are atrocious. What could be the cause of this?

Having a small issue right now, as games seems to be taking a bit longer to boot. When I updated, everything seemed fine and opened correctly but after updating SaltyNX (to 2.1.3) and troubleshooting some other things, it got games suddenly starting a bit slower, as the Switch logo spins twice now instead of once. Everything in-game is fine.

I've reinstalled the HATS Pack via USB, then did a clean reinstall (in-app, which did not delete some Sysmodules) but everything stayed the same. Is anyone else having this issue? Should I do a COMPLETE reinstall of the pack?

Can anyone help me with configuring the wiimote motion controls? I've remapped the up down left right to the left joycon, but still requires me to press down the right analog stick, feel so so lost and just not too sure what to do aghhh

I just bought a unit-only Switch V1. I’m currently charging it using my Xiaomi USB-A to USB-C phone charger. I’m wondering if I can also use my other phone chargers (33W, 45W, and 90W) with the Skull & Co. Jumpgate dock I bought.

Please don’t comment just to tell me to use the original charger. I’ve already done my research. I’m looking for people who actually use regular phone chargers with their docks.

I have managed to fix multiplayer on dying light on CFW switch and is now CO-OP playable with homies, Public lobbies now work and are joinable but i only tested it using the server i ran on my work pc, i need someone help to run this server over a cloud, i cant afford VPS and google cloud i know g cloud has free tier but they wont let me put my poor debit card. if u can help please let me know, i asked Nextendo Dev to push this master peice onto their Nextendo and i hope they do it soon, but for now i wanna test it
