What I am looking for:

I'm hoping to meet someone who loves to talk as much as they enjoy sitting in silence doing their own thing, sharing each other's company when we're just flat out exhausted. Ideally, we can game, go out on the town, and maybe do a little bit of world building/writing, time permitted! I am a very social creature who loves a lot of time spent with my partner and his friend group! I love to watch period dramas, animes, horror movies and comedies alike. I'm not necessarily looking to rush into anything, as I'd rather meet someone and see where things lead. My ideal life is living right outside my small town in the woodlands, in a two bed two bath house with wifi and enough ice water / freeze dried mangoes to satiate me. Boring is sometimes good in the realm of predictability and structure.

Age wise, someone between the ages of 28-38 is ideal, past their college years, and looking to build a life of comedically predictable bliss!

Superficially, I'm really into inconveniently larger people, like very tall tall people who would lovingly eat my cooking (I cook good foods!). Not for the usual reasons of masculinity, but I just like someone to compliment my heavier set self and fit into my taller family :D. Maybe we could get you some custom plate armor! You'd be uncomfortable pretzeling into a sedan (don't worry, I own a 23 Buick.) I also love a good sultry voice that makes my brain bluescreen and forget how to function. I have a huge weakness for a good sense of business functional fashion!

ABOUT ME / HOBBIES

• I'm 5'9, 230 lbs (chubby to fat), brown eyes, my ethnicity is Haitian, I'm Agnostic, and I love being black. Also, my left arm is fully functional, but can't extend as far as my right arm can. I have sort of a thunderbolt like scar from surgery.

• I love learning, talking, watching, and playing video games. There are so many to choose from, but my favorite game of all time would be Katamari Damacy, I play on PS5, PC, Nintendo Switch.

• I have a high school diploma and no degree at the moment. I'm currently working as a mental health technician at a mental health facility. It's pretty wild job especially as a first job, but I've learned so many life lessons from working there for the past three years. I also live with my parents so if that's a turn off for you, I completely understand :)

• Over the course of my life so far.. or rather the 25 years I've spent with the earth spinning around, people have told me that I'm kind, chill, and have a deep voice for radio. I've been told that I'm funny, I don't really see it in myself, but I appreciate the compliment. I can also be too cynical sometimes, overthink things, and can be a bit afraid to step out of my comfort zone.

• I also have ADHD and have struggled with education my whole life, so school has been hard and annoying for me, especially when figuring out what my learning styles are. So having an understanding of neurodivergence and seeking a diagnosis is also very important to me, as people tend to be very mean, inconsiderate, ableist, and just not very understanding of how learning disorders exist on a spectrum.

• I'm honest, kind, chill, caring, compassionate, thoughtful, open minded and introspective. You can tell me anything and I promise you that I will never tell a soul about what you've told me in confidence. I deeply respect people's privacy so I would definitely want to earn your trust.

• Music: I honestly listen to all kinds of music from different genres, as long as it sounds good to my ears, I'm listening. My earliest memories of listening to music was when my parents would play Britney Spears, Mariah Carey, Norah Jones, etc. Mariah Carey - We Belong Together is one of my favorite songs. I love Beyonce's Irreplaceable as well.

• TV/Film: I'll watch a movie from any genre If I truly like it. I really love animated films and Finding Nemo is one of my favorite movies ever. I've been quite behind on movies and watching tv shows as of late, but I do have a favorite movie and that would be Spiderman Across the Spiderverse right now.

• I'm a very casual sports fan, so I don't really tune into games that much, more so highlights. I really have become a big fan of futbol and I like watching futbol(soccer) ever since watched the 2026 FIFA World Cup. I probably watch futbol highlights the most out of any other sport. I also like watching the basketball and watching basketball highlights as well. I love watching Coco Gauff, Aja Wilson, Caitlyn Clark and Angel Reese play in their respective sports. I once had a cute fantasy of being a professional basketball player, but that was more of my parents dream to be honest that they attempted to forced onto me.

• I'm also into writing, pop culture, cooking, reading. I really love watching the rain though and the weather channel.

CONCLUSION

I'm not necessarily the biggest people person and I love being single lol so if I'm bringing someone into my life, I'd prefer for that person to be someone that I genuinely love and appreciate. I want to be with someone that actually likes me, not just tolerating me. Like I stated in the beginning of this post, I'm not looking for perfection, but I am looking for someone who is willing to be on the exact same page as I am. I love talking and making genuine connections, as there is a gigantic world out there.
