So, I, 24M have been dating this guy, 25M for about 4 months now and we have been having unprotected oral and anal sex. Last week he said he “injured” himself during masturbation and a little ulcer appeared on his glans. We spent the weekend together but did not have any sexual contact because I was not comfortable during whatever when he was injured and wanted him to heal. Some days ago he told me some inguinal lymph nodes started appearing on his thigh so he went to the ER to get checked. Turns out it was syphilis. He told me this and ever since I’ve been real confused about the situation. He tells me he wasn’t with anyone during our time together. I went out and got tested and me VDLR came back negative. Went to the ER anyway and got a penicillin shot anyway. Never had any symptom or any lesion. Also I wasn’t with anyone else during the time we were together. I was tested Jan 2026 and other than this guy, I had sexual encounter with another gay (in March) and we used protection. So my question here is, how does he get syphilis out of the blue? It’s not like it just appears like that right? I’m thinking he might have been with someone else and not telling me? What’s your opinion on this? I’m very confused and all of this is making me real anxious. I appreciate if you read it until the end and please feel free to leave your comments here!

Just noticed these painless bumps on my groin now this afternoon, but shaved this morning. They are only on one side and on my butt and outer vaginal lip. I only noticed cuz i felt them with my hand, as because they are not painful at all I didn't notice them earlier if they were there.

Hello, I'm coming before you looking for help and how to proceed with this, which will arise in my intimate part.

I am a man and I am 21 years old, and between August and September I had sexual encounters on two occasions with the same person.

To put it a little in context, between August and September, I had a total of two sexual encounters with the same person, for August, about two weeks after being with that person, I notice that something like a shin comes out on the arm of my penis, which is the first one that can be seen at the top, by that time it really looked super tiny, which I thought was some folliculitis of that specific part of the skin, but when I was with that person later in September, the days later, they started to sprout more, first the other two came out in the arm of the penis, as you can see, in total I have three, and in these last few days they started to get more out of the pubic hair.

The truth is that it does not hurt or itch me or anything like that, and of course I have not tried to exploit it because that would be very irresponsible and dangerous, since I do not know what it is.

I got tested two weeks ago after having 3 partners in about a month. All were negative ( about a week after last possible exposure).

All tests came back negative. But I have this itchy bump and I need help figuring out what it is
