Technically the 2nd photo was taken 1.5 years ago, but I’ve only been on feminizing hormones for a year. The one thing I get told the most consistently is how much happier I look - even people that don’t know about my transition. And it’s true, I do feel so much happier about myself; I guess it shows!🙂

I decided to take a selfie at my work parking lot. I don't often firmly feel solidly one gender. Though I think my gender identity definitely leans towards the feminine. So I was considering calling myself a fem-nb.

Kinda a rant but I want to hear opinions from people like me rather than binary people. I'm genderqueer but I'm comfortable presenting as my ASAB. I don't really get dysphoria but I don't have any particular attachment to gender, I use all pronouns, honorifics and labels ect. I fit under lots of identities but genderqueer works best. It basically doesn't bother me but I'm certainly not cis. I think my audhd has a part in it tbh. Anyway, I commented on a post about why people say they're trans without dysphoria, explaining my situation and someone started telling me I'm basically cis. That they know cis people who use any pronouns... How those people see their gender is their thing not mine but it sounds like some of their cis people may not be so binary. If someone is a woman but isn't upset at being mistakenly called a man or something, sure, whatever. But that's certainly not my situation. People really do ruin lgbtqia+ communities and spaces with their exclusion of people.

Growing up I've had weird hormones: testo always too high for my anatomy. And as years went by I found myself loving the side effects, so, soon I'll be starting treatment to give it a lil push! Right in the middle is where I wanna sit.

Hello hello,
I did steal the “tragic story” part from the book “so you want to talk about race” by Ijeoma Oluo!
So I’m a very nice, patient NB person who will put people at ease when they get uncomfortable about pronouns or get weird when I say that I’m They/them - Don’t worry, it’s not written on my forehead or anything! It’s easy to make mistakes, thanks for trying! - and multiple times now, because I’m soooOoooo nice, people tell me the sad story about how a trans person got mad at them because they made a mistake, and how were they supposed to know, and they felt bad, etc etc.
Does anyone have a short, calm response that isn’t like, Oh yeah, it sucks when someone gets mad at us - something that can maybe make the person think about how they might have said something stupid, or that makes they realize that I don’t give a shit that they felt sad when a big, bad, trans meanie was a meanie?
I was thinking … “Oh, that sucks …was something you said that upset them?” <——- could try it and see?
Or “oh, sucky - what did you learn from that?” <—— which I like, but will probably confuse people
Or “Why are you telling me this story, please shut up” <—— maybe not ideal.
Suggestions, anyone?
Bless all yer wee hearts.

I love fall. Beanie and jacket season makes me feel so much better about my gender identity. Feeling like I actually might pass as androgynous today.

Here's a little doodle of what I'm dealing with. I'm pretty flat, and im super happy with that, BUT. I can't wear bras or binders cuz of scars (it hurts like HELL no matter what I do) and I'm pretty sure sticky bras would be the same. And I can't go braless cuz all of my shirts are super thin and basically transparent. So like. Would using tape be safe...? I know it's sticky, and scar tissue is fragile, and I don't wanna rip my skin off.
If anyone has any solution I will be sooo happy pls

Not trying to be insensitive, but sometimes as a gender fluid person I see a transition MTF for instance go "too far" and if they have stages of transition shown, I tend to like the first year of HRT but beyond that, the androgyny is lost.
Hope this doesn't insult anybody.

So I finally moved out. Yours truly is now a home owner. Didn't get anything to crazy. Its a condo. A house just didnt seem financially stable for me. But now that ive gotten my new place. Ive definitely been crossdressing a bit more. Wish I had a better body figure to actually feel sexy. Finally hitting the gym so thats something I can work on. But now that I live alone ive been even more motivated to start hrt the only thing holding me back is that. I dont want to come out as Trans because I dont feel like a woman. I very much am still a dude. But part of me wishes I had some feminine features. Because Im not Trans but I do like crossdressing in the privacy of my home. So im curious what it would feel like actually look and feel like a woman when I crossdress. The other issue is that I dont know how I would keep this private. Not letting people at work find out. Or family. Mad confusing cause it feels like I cant have it both ways. Anyone else dealing with this or been through this and how did you tackle it?

Recently I've been feeling really self conscious, for context I have a feminine body and i need help on how to look more masculine because I feel really uncomfortable of how I look. I've been thinking of asking my parents for a binder but I'm too nervous to do so.
