My friends home was burglarized about 6 months ago and they took a large box of family photos. I never thought to post here but I'm hoping that maybe someone will have come across them. The only way I can think to identify it would be if people sent me pictures they've found, I would be able to identify my friend and her family in them if they were from the 1990s up. Both entrances into Chaco Culture National Historical Park are completely impassable due to road damage and flooding. Rangers and their families as well as several visitors are stranded inside the park until conditions improve.

I'm a political science and sociology double major and this project is sort of combining both, with the final product being an essay arguing that the existence of the United States as a nation has served to erode Americans' sense of regional identity. Does anyone have any opinions on the NM State Treasurer Race? James F Ellison (R) vs. Laura M Montoya (D - Incumbent). It seems like a generally less-partisan office. I found some info on the candidates on vote411.org but generally there seems to be less discussion overall on this race.

Starting on Saturday, my wife and I will be making a California road trip and on the way, we will be stopping in Gallup, New Mexico. I’m curious if there’s anyone that can tell me what are some of the best donut shops or other quick stop breakfast places around Gallup?

Just spent two weeks visiting, and had some excellent vinyl finds from thrift and antique stores across the northern part of the state, as well as two great record stores: The Music Album in Las Vegas, and Heads Up Music in Taos.

What are some other stores I should check out next time I visit? For that matter, what are some classic Norteño*** ***or New Mexican musicians and albums to look for? I came across a bunch, but I’m not familiar enough with the genre to choose any.
