Picked up a Sportser 1200c a few months ago after not having a bike for a while. Loved that bike, but I spend a lot of time on the road hauling around a lot of photo equipment. Decided to hit up a local used dealer and drove off with this ‘09 Electra Glide Ultra Classic yesterday.

I have the touring pack. Just not installed. Don’t think I can ever go back from the bagger life now. This thing is fast, comfortable, and has plenty of storage.

I’m torn between keeping my 2004 dyna fxdxi and selling it and getting a new 2026 low rider st I get mixed reviews but i really love this bike put a lot of time and money into it a lot of old timers tell me not to get rid of it because they are getting harder to come by but my bike is 22. Years old with that comes wear and tear sometimes I feel like the amount of money I have put into it I could have already gotten a new bike just did 1500 miles to Reno street vibrations on it my fuel pump gave out

Getting my first bike tomorrow at 17. 2012 fxdf dyna fatbob. Im all set to pay and ride it off the lot. I did a test ride and loved it. But was wondering if there was anything i should know or might not have thought of.

Sure we all see and admire well maintained beauty queens, but don't you love when you see a Harley with torn up seats and grips that has clearly been owned by someone too busy riding to keep it pretty, and wonder about the stories behind that ride? Bikes that look like they have been to hell and back? If you got one, please tell us about it.

Hello everyone. It's been a while since I've been eyeballing Harleys in general and Lowrider S in particular. And I think now is the time. But... On paper based pure on specs - Lowrider S is probably the best bike for me from the whole Harley line. And I'm not a tall guy, just mere 5'10. But the seating position on lowrider is killing me. Somehow seat angles me backwards with no back support so I basically have to haul myself forward with my hands. I tried praised Le Pera and Saddlemen "flybacks" in hope to get some back support - same effect. I've watched tones of lowrider reviews and no one really mentioned that. Am I the only one who feels it? Has anyone found a seat or setup that actually stops the rearward lean on a Lowrider S?

Been riding for 10+ years now but never owned a Harley prior to yesterday. Fell in love with this beautiful bike. Found it on Marketplace! 2005 Hertiage Softail with 15K miles. It purs so wonderful. My mother hasn't been on a Harley in nearly 40 years. Due to some possible unfortunate health issues, it may be her last ride but hopefully not. Regardless, the screams of joy she did yesterday was priceless! That memory will last much longer than this bike will ever!

I know lots of guys don’t like these. My kids can’t seem to not scratch my lids getting on and off. I’m not getting any younger or flexible either. I love how they look though they were a bitch to install having to stretch the vinyl over them.

Early 2000s my dad had a pewter key chain that I always liked of this Hogman. I had him tool it into a seat for a bike I was working on at the time. Not sure what happened to that key chain but I can't remember the last time I saw it. Does any one have a pic of this Hog on anything? Shirt, hat, jacket, etc. If you do please post it in the comments.

Harley Davidson 41000161 Engine Control Module X-Ray Image. I will X-ray them as I gather them may be useful for someone. I may start repairing these it is something I am exploring. Not sure if it would be profitable.

I am 70 and been riding with MyLady for 50 years. She got dementia 3 years ago and I figured riding was over. I noticed she lit up every time she talked about riding so I blew everything as nd went deep into debt to get us a 2001 dyna wide glide. It has 10k of very well taken care of miles. Would you worry about changing the Cam tensioner to hydraulic yet? We put on 1000 miles a year and are 70. We would have to save a lot to get it done at a dealer.

I originally bought the bike and it came with a rifle roadster fairing. I like the look of it, but the windshield is cracked and they do not sell replacement since it is discontinued. I like the look of a full fairing, but I’m also open to quarter fairings as well I would love to see some pictures and ideas.

I have a 2000 sportster 1200c, and it’s a fun little bike. It has some mild engine upgrades. I was recently contacted by a family friend who has inherited a 2001 wide glide (88 twin cam carbureted). The family friend is wanting to trade down to a sportster. Would this trade make any sense for me? I’m going to look at it tomorrow. From my understanding it needs a new voltage regulator, which is a common thing for these kinds of bikes. I’m open to any opinions about this.

Yet I keep fantasizing about a Road King. WHY?! It's annoying to be totally happy with my bike yet still want a Road King. I want to sit on that throne!!!

I was trying to to adjust my gearshift liver.
I remove the bolt, but it won't come off.
I tried to wiggle it around still
I tried W-4 still nothing.
Any tips or tricks ?

my dads 2010 road glide is leaking oil or transmission fluid and its driving us crazy. we just did a 3- hole change and also replaced the gasket behind the "six speed" cover. we torqued everything to spec and after running it for about 5 minutes we see that it is still leaking right under the bottom two "six speed" cover bolts.. can anyone help us out?
