Played 3 combat patrol sized games, custom event rules, and the 3 times this thing got to shot it absolutely obliterated whatever it could see.

At 110 points, this is quickly becoming a semi-auto-include for me.

Also shout out to the War Walker for pumping out some good damage and staying alive for some reason, all at a low cost of 80 points. Considering rolling 2 squads of 2 models each, they're too useful.

Incredible game today! For my two games I’ve played Aeldari Fuegan has been the MVP (killed a demon prince and a defiler then today killed Nazdreg)

Having the avatar do 16 damage to Ghazgul and kill him in one was amazing!

Tried out wraithlord and wraithguard they didn’t do as much as I wanted but wraith lord was great to sit on an objective and score.

Leystalker came in clutch with the battleshock and precision!

Then came home and had a big box arrive with more models

I used a purple base, grey plates, drybrushed white, nuln oil wash and then used white again for the highlights. This mini took forever with a lot of build up for a grimdarky look in the end. For my full army, l'm just gonna use an airbrush.

Hey all, I recently (a few hours ago) decided to pick up Aeldari as they were always an army that interested me from an outside perspective, but one I had kind of steered away from actually playing because I doubted my ability to pilot them effectively (shocker, playing a strategy game is hard, I know). That being said I am SLOWLY getting the hang of how their army rule works and the detachments, and would like to ask you all if you had any tips and tricks you could lend me. :D

Whether it's just general ideas on how to best use the focus tokens, what units are worth bringing, neat interactions to keep track of, or even just how to position them best, anything goes!

A custom craftworld I've been thinking about, a lot like Iyanden, who are heavy on the wraith constructs due to low population.

Not sure if this is the best subreddit to ask on but does anyone know the actual source/book where an Eldar (can't remember their rank but I think they were important) was crushed/run over by a tank (I think it was a Leman Russ tank)? I've seen that meme/moment referenced a bunch of different times but I can't seem to find where it's actually from or if it even exists at all. Does anyone know? Thank you!

I ask because I'm thinking about/planning on kitbashing the reverse, an Eldar crushing Leman Russ (assuming that was the right tank I was remembering) [the primarch for the kitbash BTW, not the tank though that could be funny too].

Been plodding away at these two this afternoon. Need to figure out a basing scheme for them and my entire army. I like box art style / natural greens and browns. I can’t decide what basing scheme to go with , so please share your ideas 🙏🏼

It’s from the Power Fantasy by Gillen which you can get as a trade now. Eliza tapped into the powers of hell which she was now destined for. She was under the illusion from a telepath that she heard the voice of of god and she will be saved - long story short, the telepath disappears so the illusion breaks down. Eliza looks into hell out of morbid curiosity and the mind cannot comprehend the infinite chaos she is destined for.

It really helped me understand just how horrific life is for the Eldar knowing eventually, regardless of centuries of peace on a craft world , will pale in comparison to the infinite suffering that awaits them with she who thirsts in the warp. I don’t know how they don’t know how they continue to exist never mind risk their lives in battle

Hi everyone! This Sunday I’m going to play my first eldar game. I’m really happy and nervous about it, this faction looks so cool, painting them is so fun and they look fun in the table too. I started building and painting last year with the custodes as my main army but the exodites and corsairs have convinced me to have the Aeldari as my second. I got the Exodite kill team for my birthday a couple of months ago. After finally working through my custodes back log of painting I'm now working on these beauties.

Super happy with how these guys have turned out, my favourite Eldar kit so far. Wraithlords get posted a lot, hope you guys like my jungle hunter versions! The right one is a vanilla build but the left one has a few custom tweaks..

- Falcon bright lance to create an XL gun arm with 2x bright lances

- flipped the sword arm and bent the leg for an alternate pose. Also featuring cat cave in the base
