My Red Corsairs chaos lord

Still need to give him his legs and wings, but he's mostly made from the 30k Leman Russ kit and Ambot parts. I wanted to save some money and build him out of what I have. Dunno why I gave him a proboscis but it felt right.

Put this fella together with both intentional and spare bits. I think he has the fledgling sorcerer look down

Changed up the power sword colors, some green stuff and kitbashed Inner Circle Greatswords as heavy melee weapons. Thoughts? Death to the Lion!

Hey! My friend and I are completely new to Warhammer 40k. Ive started building my first army. But my friend barely started due to finances while studying... even tho he decided that he wants to play "Chaos space marines, undivided with a focus on Daemon engines." His own words..

And since im still learning what all of that actually means, I thought id ask for some advice here. I saw the reveal for the upcoming Christmas box and was wondering if it would be a suitable gift for him based on the kind of army he wants to build.

Would this box be a good starting point for that playstyle, or would he be better off starting with different units?

Hey everyone, I just bought a Land Raider but since I have two armies that can use it (Death Guard and CSM) I was wondering which army is going to use it the most?

I'm going to use it in both ofc but I'm asking to decide in which color scheme should I paint it.

Jokes aside i really want to be able to play these slightly kitbashed blightlord terminators as regular chaos termies but I dont know if it will be allowed, especially since I went for the rule of cool on their loadouts which will make actually playing them difficult because I've got 3 heavy weapons with 2 squads and thats not allowed. Hi everyone. I want to get into the Iron Warriors because I finally hopped on the Chaos bandwagon from the Tau. I love the lore and look of the Iron Warriors. I love uppy downy stuff, and I love the look of the MkII Assault Squad from the HoH. I was wondering if anyone had tips and tricks for a deep strike shenanigans list? This is a rough draft of a list (1k) I have thought up and the models I want to get.

Chaos Vindicator [180 pts]

New to Warhammer and recently bought Havocs and Mutilators, but the new box looks pretty cool and definitely want Obliterators, Venom and Defiler. Is it worth having two units of Havocs and Mutilators?

Just a small selection of my army of beast of nurgle. The bases are on the lazy side but the colors and minis are grimdark and nasty.

Hey all, so been planning my list for 11th and I wanna check if I'm understanding something right.

When using a COTDG unit (Plague Marines, Bezerkers, Rubrics, etc), do they gain the ability to do a Dark Pacts test or are they not allowed? I'm thinking it's a case of not allowed but on Wahipedia it says they're affected by the Pactbound Zealots ability (Marks of Chaos) which wouldn't make sense of they don't also have Dark Pacts.

Having a hard time making my mind for which warband to play, i have this guy which i toned down a lkt. I loved how over the top the model was to begin with but the more i looked st it the more it looked like a mess so here's the final look, just unsure on the head. I have him, 10 terminators and a rhino so i can play whichever warband but... based on look, where would he fit best?

Most of the time him and Mutilators feels a bit overkill so I was wondering if anyone had success running him solo?

I feel he would be great into 10 man marines with a character units and transports.
