I managed to shot panoramic photos with my custom modified Fujica GM670 and the 50mm f/5.6. The modifications allow you to use 35mm canisters much more like a conventional 35mm camera. I modified both the camera body and the 65mm viewfinder. for the body there is a custom mask, cassette holders, and a take-up spool which can be unlocked from within the camera and rewound without a dark bag/room. For the viewfinder it shows the frame lines by having light selectively go through a mask, I designed a new one with the panoramic frame lines for the 50mm and 100mm lenses.
Three modifications to the body and one to the viewfinder make this possible. but they don't prevent its normal use with 120 film, so it is effectively now a dual-format camera. Two modifications are non-reversible though, I was nervous doing it. One is just some grippy tape on the rollers so the film counter works.
The aspect of using the camera which is not like a normal 35mm camera is you need to extend the film with a leader so you don't waste film, but if done right you can get 19-20 exposures on a 36 exposure roll. This is the same as a 220 roll, so you set the camera to 220 and the film counter works.
