NSFW ‘Exposure’ Self-Portrait pt.2 NSFW
galleryI recently posted one picture from this photoshoot here, but the conversation ended up being mostly about giving feedback, not the concept of my project. Today I would really like to ask you about your thoughts regarding my photoshoot, and your response to the reasons behind it:
Motivated by the widespread presence of adult entertainment platforms, this series of photographs is my response to the concept of sex work.
In my research, I found that both clients and creators often fully expose their bodies while concealing their faces, retaining a sense of privacy. I also discovered that, following the interaction, many users immediately delete their accounts in an attempt to erase the evidence or escape feelings of guilt and regret.
By covering my body while revealing my identity, I opposed the need for anonymity in sexual transactions. I treated my form as a living sculpture, exploring the feelings of pride, awareness, and freedom that can be achieved in conscious exposure.
Through this work I intend to challenge the fear and shame surrounding sex work and encourage acceptance of the vulnerability experienced by both users and creators of adult content.

This is a small part of a large body of work, let me know if you’d like to see more!
