Don't know why but I find him underutilized in the game. We get bits and pieces of his origins and his adventures (like how he has only 1 memory of his mother) but they just tease the man underneath.

It was a bit depressing to see Kaer Morhen completely empty after the main quests were done. The loneliness was too intense. We already knew that both Lambert and Eskel tried to convince Vesemir to leave Kaer Morhen. His death was the final straw.

And even though Eskel did mention that he can't imagine the place without Vesemir, he eventually did return according to his character journal. Imagine if that weren't the case, we'd probably see the fortress in ruins, haunted and becoming a monster lair.

I hope he has a bigger role in Witcher 4. I don't know what his actual origins in the novel are and don't care how Netflix depicted him; but My man has all the ingredients to be one of the most emotionally compelling characters in the Witcher world if CDPR does it right.

Went through the gallery and found this from a playthrough on the next Gen update version.

NSFW because of uncertainty.

What an ass.

Had to reload in the end...

Hey! I updated my Gwent mod for the Remastered update and made a silly little trailer / showcase of its features to share here (=.

The mod is available on Nexus - Gwent Medieval and has already been submitted to mod.io, so hopefully it'll be available on consoles too.

Thanks for watching, and I hope you like it!

So when I was playing hearts of stone, and the option to bid on viper armour came up I got mad excited because I thought it'd be a fun new look. And admittedly it's cool, I like the scales, I just wish it was something different.

Ideally I wanted something like Letho's armour, but I'll admit Geralt hasn't got the guns for it, but something like the armour the assassin's wore in the second game would also have been cool, give it a hood and make it light just like the Cat armour to fit their stealthy nature.

Just thinking about it now I realised that considering the time period they're supposed to be in, I find it interesting how literate the witchers are.

Makes sense since they technically belong to a school. But considering most humans are probably not literate at the time, it seems like an amazing world building detail.

Like modern day I get it, the like 5 witchers who winter together help each other out but in the height of it how did they get money to outfit and train the new potential witchers? From what I understand witchers only really came back during winter and even then they didn't really give anyone any real money.

One of my favorite fights in the DLC

Try to change my mind, but it’s probably not gonna happen. Only thing I can think of that comes close is the Shadowlands from Shadow Of The Erdtree (Elden Ring DLC). I remember being blown away by Toussaint as a teenager when the DLC first came out, and in the remastered version it’s even better. I’m literally doing every single thing there is to do because I just don’t want to leave.

I really liked the dude from Witcher 3 that turns into a werewolf in velen and his whole quest with his wife and her sister.

Redania is my choice from the major four. I am attracted by the sense of aristocracy and strong economy, and also the court like behaviors and systems. Also the intrigue and complex dynamics between people in power.

Besides the main four kingdoms though, I like Novigrad a ton. Technically not a kingdom, but a free city but it’s an independent political entity and state so I thought I would include it. Something impressive of trying to balance stability, prosperity and friendly relations with neighbouring kingdoms.

I love stopping every now and then and just looking out at the land

How much authority do Northern Kings like Foltest have in the Witcher? If Demavend, for example, demanded to have a griffin as his pet, would it be done? Are their bloodlines viewed as pure or sacred by others? Would even a proper court etiquette exist?

Almost 4 years ago I started working on a Witcher fan film. I reached the 75% mark of it with a cut of over 2 hours and 20 minutes. I thought of making a small comparison video of where I was over 2 years ago, when I was doing scenes testing and learning the craft overall. I chose to compare fight scenes as these are the ones that gave me the biggest headaches (still do) and they're also the ones where the real progress is visible (animations, choreography, sfx, vfx, etc.).

I gladly accept any feedback. Thank you.

In the Eternal Fire's Shadow for me personally.

I know Hearts of Stone is a game exclusive story designed for the Witcher 3 and that it's heavily inspired by Pan Twardowski, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Faust, etc.

The story of HoS is SO good i would just buy a book of it, It's such a pain to have to do a new playthrough and do everything before being able to start it (or use the start at HoS mode that starts you without anything there)

Anyways, it'd fit so nicely in the short story format, anyone know if someone somewhere in some dark corner of the internet has writen a novel version of it? it's raining rn and i'd love to experience my HoS whilst i'm away.

Was just roaming around in toussaint, after almost 900h, passed by a peasant singing something I thought it sounded familiar haha, It's the tune of The book of love by The magnetic fields.

now I can't listen to my favourite song without thinking of these new lyrics lol!

I'm playing a run on the max difficulty and trying yeah Is hard. Is there a way to get exp beside missions? I mean yeah the side and Hunt missions but i was wondering even for getting tò wear Better loot

When trying to use x3-x4 frame gen, sometimes fps in game dropped to the fps that game would have without the frame gen or even lower, but the game is lagging really hard. As an example, I'm in the tavern, I have 225fps and after the dialog fps drop to around 70 and game is lagging hard. This is not fixing until game is restarted. Anyone encountered such thing?

On Xbox there are 71 Mods and PS5 has 56 mods.
