Came across an interesting tattoo in instagram. Recognised a few characters [事、无?, 外】but cant recognise the others. Is this a idiom or phrase of sorts?

Hey so first post here and im finally trying to translate this thing, I wear it on my Carabiner cus my name starts with an R and A (R_____ A_____) but the language on the other side I can’t translate at all, could someone help? I and my ma think it’s Chinese but I’m not sure

I’m hoping this basically says, “I have a peanut allergy. Is it ok for me to eat here?” I’m going to put it on an index card and laminate it, so just want to make sure it’s correct for my trip. All help is appreciated.

Hopefully I got the language right, the game was originally developed in Taiwan and most people there speak Taiwanese Hokkien, which I found out was a variant of the Chinese language after googling it. Please correct me if I'm wrong, I'm not knowledgeable on Taiwan's culture.
