It’s still stuck here and it’s an estimated oct 23 delivery. Is it normal? I know sometimes between flights they don’t update the scans, but I’m really concerned.

Anyone same here?

Rant Swindled

So I went to Costco to port 5 lines from Verizon to T-Mobile. I agreed in store to $1000 port in credit for 4 lines (iPhones) and $1200 port in credit on 1 line (s26u). The remainder of the device cost would be financed over 36 months. I am an accountant and even have a spreadsheet I took into the store to what I would agree to, and verified this on the order before choosing Apple Pay and verifying the amount was taxes only.

This process took several attempts as at one point they tried to charge me the full cost of the phones. The rep helped me speak to credit check and see my score is 800+ and clear me to pay taxes only with the remainder financed. Then the order processed with only taxes due. I agreed and confirmed with the side button on my iPhone.

Today I got a charge for $2774.95. So I chatted through T-Life. They told me I am being charged for down payments rather than financing over 36 months. I was adamant this is not correct. They asked me to go back to Costco, but I won’t have time for that until I don’t know when. Will they even be able to help me in store? I have now called customer care, been transferred to three different people, and been on the phone for 2 hours. Will anyone be able to correct this? Am I just wasting my time? What can I do?

Question Black Friday deals

I haven't been phone shopping in quite some time and am currently in the market for a newer iPhone, perhaps the iPhone 17 or 18. My question is how has tmos black Friday sales looked in recent years when it comes to iphones? Do they even participate? Currently I can get a small discount on a 17 by trading in a 12 but considering it's so close to Thxgiving, thought I might get a better deal come BF.

Question I was charged 75+ dollars per bill then I should’ve

So I removed 2 phone lines for my service, and I canceled them around a month again, two phone bills go by and my phone bill isn’t going down, I don’t really notice till this one where once again it’s the same, as the last ones even though I’ve removed two lines? I end up calling and it turns out I’ve been on the wrong plan the entire time and have been getting charged 75+ this entire time for no reason… in exchange they take off 75+ for this month….?? Can I get my phone back or am I just screwed

Discussion Phone deals for exiting customers are junk

I have been here for over 9 years. The price increases have soured me but even worse are the phone deals. Not only are the credit abysmal but coupled with 36 months..... That's for sure the deal breaker.

I'm seriously considering switching over to Google Fi.

Question Need to upgrade 2 Apple Watches, anyway to use BOGO $300 offer? (it needs two new lines)

I already have 2 phone lines and 2 watches attached to it on the 200mb plan on Go5GPlus. We want to upgrade the watches and use the BOGO $300 off offer on the second. Can I do the addition of the 2 new watch lines as standalone or attached to phone numbers and then remove the current 2 watch lines or any workaround for this? Since watch lines usually come with random numbers but the number sharing gives it the iPhone's phone #?

Discussion Has this happen to anyone else

I was told by T-Mobile I will get $830 for trade in my iPhone 13 Pro Max towards my iPhone 18 pro max upgrade. I confirmed this 4 times with 4 different reps. I went ahead and ordered the 18 pro max and only see $300 trade in promo. I called them up again today and then they tell me they have to apply it in my account and it takes one day. At this point I have no trust because that’s what they told me before and that’s why I made the upgrade. This is so shady how they just straight lied to me. I am going to return the phone if they don’t honor what was promised

Question Tmobile Contact for Missing Phone

Is there someone I can contact to get a resolution for reporting a stolen phone? I was on contact with Tmobile for 2 hours to go nowhere. They said they'll do their own investigation which may take 21 days. I was supposed to transfer from ATT to Tmobile. It will be over 2 months. I asked about getting a replacement sent. They said they can't until they do their investigation.

Question So I live nearby both a T-Mobile & T-Mobile Experience Store @ California. I was wondering how the process would go for trying to get my hands on a launch day (walk in) iPhone Duo? (not sure if this falls under the iPhone Duo “PRE-ORDER” thread)

I’ve been told the Experience stores get priority or “more stock” and even if it is just 2 units or a bit more im willing to atleast try. Ive been waiting for this kind of iphone for years.

My question was how to go about securing a launch day unit. ?

Is it best chance to camp out and wait till doors open?

Is the T-Life app faster at refreshing the stock to order once the Pick Up option finally pops up for launch and reserve it?
(at that point it would probably be no point in camping out if thats the case?)

ALSO:
I know that usually the T-Life App sets the closest store as your main or I can set my own, but a while back I was at the experience store a couple weeks ago and I’m not sure if im remembering this correctly if an Employee could help;
but I was given the wi-fi password for the store and on the T-Life app, I noticed that it seemed snappier and immediately showed a little doc/tab that I don’t think shows on my phone when im at home on the app. If im recalling this correctly, does that at all add any more sense into camping?

I know this seems excessive but ill take any chance I can. Thank you in advance if any T-Mobile Employees or Customers that know better if any help.

Question Anything I could optimize or capitalize on with the recent retention changes (or just in general)?

Hey, I’m currently on a Tmobile ONE for Business plan, 8 lines (4 paid 4 free) for $144/month with the employee 20%. I saw discussions about potential retention bonuses and they mentioned another 20%. Is that the same one I have or a separate stackable discount?

Also I saw another post mention a bogo free line? Is there any free line promotion currently going on that I could apply?

Thanks!

Question How to get more free lines

keep reading about people having an excessive amount of free lines. trying to figure out if it’s still possible and how it’s done.

currently I have the go5g plus plan with 3 lines, one line free.

i do see if I add two lines one is “free” as there’s a bogo. Im assuming if I cancel the non free line that, that free line wouldn’t be free. is there a way around it or a deal I should wait for that would allow me to do this?

am I just way to late in the game?

Question May you help me maximize my account benefits (Go5G Plus plan)

I'm currently on Go5plus, and have 8 phone lines and 1 watch line ( Beta Promo Paired Watch TI) of the 8 voice lines 4 are line on us. I want to port in line from Spectrum. Is there a good deal I should aim for? Does T more currently have a port in and get a line free? Hoping to snag the Iphone 18 pro if I can. Not sure if this is all the information needed but ask away and I will provide. No lines have been added or dropped over the past 90 days. I also have a Costco membership if that's the recommended route. Not concerned about locked Tmo iPhone. Current monthly bill is $229.10 due to $45 equipment installment charges. Appreciate any feedback.

On us codes I currently applied to my lines: I also have the 20% off benefit but I can't use the word in post per the pop up.

(ID260088) Promo code: R531 (x2)
ID250069 Promo code: R025

Question Advice on T Mobile Fiber Internet?

I just moved into a new apartment and my management company informed me that the apartment is suited to connect to T Mobile Fiber Internet.

I went on T Mobile's site and saw that they are offering Fiber 300 MBPS for $35/month if you enroll in autopay.

Has anyone signed up for this deal? Is the speed worth the money?

Also, is it really $35/month after all fees are said and done?

Question Credence collection T-mobile

so I have a unpaid balance of $137 because I switched services and went to Verizon. The balance was just for the service. I have both my phone and Apple Watch paid off in full a year ago. I cancelled my service the day before it was due. Now my balance went to collections. Is there a way to dispute it? I think I shouldn’t have to pay it but idk 🫩

Question Integrity Line has anyone used it?

Has anyone ever used the Integrity Line to report their store or other employee(s) and what was the experience like? I work at a TPR and they are definitely not following T-Mobile's policies. Will calling them actually make a difference?

Question Not sending trade in question

If you decide not to trade in a phone with promo credits, do they keep providing the monthly bill credits?

If I then keep the new phone as well and just use iphone hand off, I assume I just pay full price for the new phone correct?

Do I need to call and let them know?

Question T-Mobile SUCKS- Business Account Restricted - No help via customer service!!!

I get an "access restricted" message when trying to log in to my T-mobile for Business account. My best guess is that my EIN number is incorrect in their system so no customer service agent is able to gain access...

The last person I spoke to told me to email a t-mobile address that bounced back as soon I sent the email.

Last option is to get help in store??? How will that be any different than the 4 phone calls I have wasted my time on?

As anyone out there had a similar log-in issue that they were able to address?

I was ABOUT to switch to Mint Mobile but apparently you need to be able to log in to your account to start that process.

I hate everything about this.
