FF says I hit O-3 and 0-4 this cycle (which I would be perfectly happy with hitting O-3) but I think I actually ovulated a day later, the day after my pos OPK and last day of EWCM, which puts me at O-4 and O-5. Trying not to count myself out yet but it's easier said than done. I also got my flu and covid shot on CD10 so idk if that gave me a false/early rise. Did your seasonal vaccinations disturb your temps?

I have been ttc for a long time now and I know not to put any extra hope in my temps. But I just like how lovely this chart and temp rises are. It's not unheard of for me to have a secondary rise in my charts either. I had an HSG this cycle and we threw in a lil letrozole just to throw everything we could at these next few cycles after the HSG. 🤞

Anyone here have experienced a short cycle? This is the first time for me that this happened coz I normally have longer cycles like 35+ days. Usually, I would start tracking BBT around CD13 coz I ovulate late. Should I be worried about this?
Also just to add details, i had my hycosy done on CD10.

7 chemical losses in 2 years, never got past 5-6 weeks. 3rd month on progesterone from 4DPO, one month of hubby on 300mg coq10 Ubiquinol, and upping mine to 600mg.

BFN on FRER and easy@home, lh test a bit darker today. Hoping it’s a good sign as all my previous positives I had lh tests darkening before I got a faint positive on FRER.

Nothing to share other than just being sad. I’ve never seen my temp drop this much it usually stays higher even on day 1 of my period. I guess at least it’s not trolling me this month. 11DPO and my luteal has been longer like 14-16 days! Negative FRER this morning so I’m feeling pretty bummed. I stopped tracking as much just did opk’s and bbt since I wear an Oura. I didn’t even tell my husband who gets stressed when it’s ovulation time to perform…he just spur of the moment said let’s go, on my peak Opk day, random and I thought wow look at this fantastic timing! Alas, no luck again this month.

Pretty sure I ovulated either CD 19 or 20, and my temp is just taking a while to rise. I think if it continues to rise tomorrow and the next two days, FF may (perhaps inaccurately) label today as O, but i was curious what people think or if anyone had experienced this before!

This is only my second cycle using BBT, so I'm not yet familiar with the various rules and patterns!

Can someone please let me know what I may be missing. Almost every cycle is like this with a peak pretty late. My cycle is typically 34 days. I’ve read so much conflicting information about timing of first positive versus peak, and I also had an ultrasound confirm ovulation before I peaked last month. So now I’m all in my head. I know I’m sensitive and overthinking it… maybe last month was a fluke. Any input is appreciated and yes, I know we are supposed to be tracking BBT too but judging off this, when do you think my best chances of conceiving were?

I’m in my first cycle trying after a CP, so I’m still navigating the wonky hormones and trying to better understand what’s happening as I’m usually very regular with my cycle.
I’m currently on day 16 of my cycle that started a couple of days later than usual (thanks to the CP). I’ve previously ovulated on day 15 of my cycle, and because of how type A I am, I always track and test just to know more about my cycle. My thermometer I’ve been using is very unreliable, so it hasn’t been too much help in allowing me to figure out where I am so I’d love a second opinion for my OPKs! Premom and Ovia both guessed my ovulation day to be like, day 9 of my cycle, which is SO outside of the norm I know that’s not correct. I took an OPK this afternoon to see if my LH strips continue to lessen after what I thought was a pretty high reading (I’m pretty much always very hydrated outside of FMU 😆) but then I got what I thought would be considered a peak reading.
Anyone with similar history have any feedback? TIA! 🥰

My Oura is connected to FF. When do you think ovulated? I thought I ovulated around CD 15 like FF says but obviously not. I’m on CD 32 and still no period, tested negative in the AM CD 31. This is my first cycle after a loss at 6 weeks in August.

Is there any point in continuing to track BBT after ovulation?

I had a small temperature dip yesterday, but it didn’t drop as low as my pre-ovulation temps, and it’s gone back up today.

I had positive LH tests on 14th and 15th October, so I think I ovulated around cycle day 14–15 (15th–16th October).

Do my temps look like a normal post-ovulation pattern? Is there any point continuing to take my temperature every morning, or will it not tell me much at this stage? 😊

I had a rise in LH but then no temp rise. Is this anovulation?

There isn’t a significant temp rise between the days it changed it to. Any thoughts on why it moved it? It previously had my ovulation day as CD 14. This cycle is already so wonky as i usually ovulate on day 11!

I have a 10-11 day lp. My temps start declining from 7-8dpo. Adding my last 3 charts and this cycles for reference.

Trying to get a healthcare provider in the uk to take my concerns of possible low progesterone/luteal phase defect is like talking to a wall.

9DPO and was seeing a rly encouraging trend up in pdg and e3g. Getting cramps, suuuuuper thirsty and tired, BFN when testing this morning. What do y’all think

Ttc for years with lean pcos and always been unsuccessful. Iv been using myo-d chiro inositol for a little over 3 months and this is my first cycle tracking BBT with femometer ring air. Does my chart look ok. 10dpo CD38

Temps started getting crazy around 11dpo, but I brushed it off due to recent travel & illness. My smartwatch detected RHR increase and and HRV decline around 10-11dpo as well. Finally took a test today at 2 days late and it’s a BFP!! Husband and I aren’t sharing the news with anyone we know yet, but I wanted to share with the group!

16DPO today and temp is still high. I’m at the point where testing makes me so upset that I can’t bring myself to do it.

What do you all think?

For context I’m 35, unexplained infertility, have been trying for 14months. LP routinely 14-15 days, always have a temp drop before my period starts.

I need some help understanding my chart. I've been using my Oura ring + Natural Cycles for over a year now. Initially to track my cycle and not get pregnant. But this cycle we ttc for the first time. So exciting! But... My chart seems a bit off. Natural Cycles has confirmed my ovulation every cycle for the past year. Usually my temperature rises right after. I had a positive ovulation test on CD16, we babydanced right after. Temperature was rising but then goes back down (which could be a fallback rise). But now it's not signifficantly rising.... What's going on? Also, my Oura ring said 'minor signs' this morning.

I was about to start my frozen embryo transfer cycle once my period started in tomorrow. I am 12 DPO today and have a 12 day luteal phase. I don’t have any symptoms and saw my temp drop today so I thought yeah sure that makes sense I’m about to start my period. But then I had this weird hunch like huh I have some EWCM and I don’t feel like I’m about to start my period it just feels off somehow. So I took a test and have a very positive FRER…..I have had 3 prior miscarriages. One at 7 weeks and two subsequent chemicals so I’m used to seeing really faint lines but this was not faint. I’m so scared that this temp drop is bad…. And I had symptoms with prior pregnancies and have no symptoms so far.

Thoughts?? Chart included in post. I didn’t include my FRER but I can if that’s helpful (but the rules say no photos of pregnancy tests so I didn’t). I know temps don’t mean much after a positive test but what about in this context technically still in the TWW. Prior chemicals I had were very very faint late positives like 12-14 dpo

I am on cycle 10 TTC. Just started measuring my BBT this month. Just came across something that said follicular phase BBT should be between 36 and 36.4. And post ovulation should be 36.4 and above. Mine is slightly below throughout. I have had my thyroid checked. Also had a progesterone 7dpo test previously which confirmed I ovulate.
Has anyone had these and conceived naturally?
It’s gotten me a bit worried!
