Racket broke and had to be creative fixing it.. used the net as a press and some pieces of rubber to protect the handle. Enjoy.

I have a genuine question - how can I control my anger when I am playing , because everything annoys me . For example, nets in a row (I know it's part of the game but still annoying), when people are talking , while when they play everyone is silent, but when I play they talk.I am more technical than all my club players but they are more good mentally and take advantage of my anger issues. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you in advance.

Hello table tennis fans!
I have uploaded a video about my biggest lesson's I've learned during my 2 years in the sport. Please have a look, and if you like it, please live a like to help spread the video to more people. Thanks :)

So I’ve been playing traditional penhold using a Nittaku AP for about 4 months now and while it’s a nice blade I did get recommended to learn how to play C.Pen since it’s the most viable way to play penhold (especially when you learn RPB); it also never hurts to learn and from what I’ve been told the skills can be directly transferred from one style to the other so it’s not as drastic of a change, which has lead me to look at both the Cybershape Allround and the Pure Wood as options but I do have a few questions that I hope other Cybershape users can answer for me.
Firstly, are they particularly heavy compared to regular blades? One of the coaches said “wow, are you sure you wanna get such a heavy blade?” when I mentioned the idea so I wanna know if that affects play in anyway since my current blade is very light in comparison to most others. Secondly, are there any actual benefits compared to other penhold blades? The Cybershape line is expensive which wouldn’t be an issue since most penhold blades are already on the pricier side but I also saw that Nittaku has a C.Pen version of their Miyabi J.Pen which is also one ply hinoki wood which I enjoy the feeling of a lot on my current blade so I would certainly want to know if there’s any benefits to the odd shape before potentially spending money on a blade that just looks cool but doesn’t really have anything over a more standard shape. I would really appreciate if any Cybershape users could share their experience and if they have any recommendations on rubbers that would be nice too. Thanks

Hi there. After watching this video, some more thoughts have arisen besides the video comments...Both Ma Long and Fan stay much more horizontal, and the right foot even seems to be a bit ahead of the left (this isn’t the posture our coaches teach us). During the body rotation, Ma Long turns on his right foot as an axis, whereas Fan keeps his right foot steady and helps himself with a rotation of the left ankle.
Overall, both achieve a decent hip-waist rotation, but they use different supporting mechanisms to do so...

Hi everyone,
I was practicing yesterday and the temperature in my country dropped over the last weeks, and I can feel I am not producing as much spin as before. Therm rubbers feel harder and because the hall was cold I think it impacted me and also others. Is there a way to keep rubbers warm? Breathing to them? ....am I just being silly?

My backhand side is really good, but yesterday I was unconsciously doing it in a different way. And that was enough to make me lose most of my games. How can I fix the correct movement into my mind?
Details:
I'm a teenager;
That day I played soccer in the afternoon, but wasn't tired at night when I was trainning;
My spine was hurting a little when I turned it too far to the left, but this shouldn't make much of a difference because I don't turn my torso on the backhand, it's most the arm's and leg's work;
I arrived late and didn't have time to strech my legs and shoulders(something I normally do);
I have been training for 7 months but I'm like top 4 of my "class";
My backhand isn't punchy, I like to use wrist and a whipping motion.

So just got the nitakku hammond z2(forehand) for my setup based on someone’s recommendation. Wanted general opinions on how this rubber has been for other people and what strengths does this one have ?

The opinions expressed here are strictly those of a ping pong er…table tennis player telling you things you already know😊. It’s really prevalent in my local league. I tried a bat and it feels very strange, but not unpleasant. I’ve not really got any good answers for why it is prevalent here though. Can anyone tell me what they like about them? Like Victas 8.0mm with a butterfly 09c for example.

Seems that Sora lacks that fighter spirit the great Wang Chuqin has and a loss to Korean B team pretty much broke his mental for this tournament. The Asian Championships pressure is real, but not every player can handle it. What a pity.
