This was pretty surreal.

I’ve loved The Secret World of Alex Mack since the night it premiered, and getting to meet Larisa Oleynik, Darris Love, Meredith Bishop and Natanya Ross all these years later was incredible.

All four of them were ridiculously nice and genuinely seemed happy to meet the fans. Meredith was doing her first-ever con and was an absolute delight. Darris is a total ball of energy. Natanya is just the sweetest and deserves a ton of credit for helping get everyone together at '90s Con.

And Larisa… yeah. She was my first real celebrity crush, and I have never been more nervous to meet anyone in my life. She could not have been kinder.

Thirty years later, absolutely worth the wait.

At least the bathroom looks the same. And during Halloween horror nights they let you walk around to the front door which was nice. Just a shame it’s a shell of itself. It’s amazing the amount of people who walked by here saying “what’s that building”.

Anyone else get to visit the Nickelodeon building in its prime?

Thanks to your votes last week, we get a box of tagalongs to enjoy. It's "Sidekicks Take Center Stage" tonight on SNICK!

- First up, Sam tries to fit in with the Darling household.
- Then Ray tries to run for office on The Secret World of Alex Mack.
- Next up, Stimpy hits the big time before going on strike with other stupid sidekicks.
- Finally on Are You Afraid of the Dark, it's up to the runt of the party to save the group from the Manaha.

Stay tuned for Nick at Nite as we see if Jimmy Olsen can save the day (Spoiler: No, he can't).

Feel free to comment below as you watch it or after you're done. Don't forget to vote below on next week's SNICK!

Both characters are obviously brave and display leadership qualities when faced with adversity? But who’s more clutch?

I've recreated some bumpers from the old Nick at Nite days for my Retro at Nite virtual channel.
Just thought I would share some. I used the original audio but used either my DVDs or Blu-rays to recreate the video aspects.

I just bought a pair of Nicktoons pajama pants from Walmart.

It has Ren & Stimpy from Ren & Stimpy; Rocko, Heffer and Filburt from Rocko's Modern Life; Cat and Dog from Catdog; Arnold and Gerald from Hey, Arnold!; and Norbert and Daggett from The Angry Beavers. Basically, it has representations of most of the Nicktoons that my old ass was around to watch, besides Doug (which I know was bought by Disney) and Ahhh! Real Monsters (which I'm not sad about at all).

That's all fine, but why Reptar from Rugrats and no other characters? Is there a legal thing I don't know about?

One of my crown jewel possessions is my Nickelodeon Alarm clock. I’ve had it since I was a kid and it’s survived multiple hurricanes and floods, long eternal slumber in a bin in a dark corner of a shed. 30 years it’s been following me around.

Sadly the silly sound effects no longer work, the green light tube doesn’t turn on and the volume is stuck in a set position. But I love it and it will stay with me forever! Anybody else remember having one?
