Image The one that got away
Power, finesse, swag, youth, hands.... Could have been an all time Raven.
[Zrebeic] Marlon Humphrey on JaâMarr Chase: âIt would be cool if I didnât match up with him so much.â
this comment was causing a ruckus so i wanted to see if you all had anything to say about it đ

[JZ] Declan Doyle said Lamar Jackson has a lot of work to do as he gets ready to play, but just having Jackson back on the practice field gives the team lift.

[Zrebiec] Declan Doyle on Cleveland game: âwasnât good enough. What we put on tape wasnât up to our standard.â Doyle said he showed offense 25 different plays that just werenât run cleanly.
I fixed Jeffâs typo

Bengals @ Ravens Uniforms
The Ravens will wear black-purple-purple-purple for Bengals @ Ravens. They re-added socks to the uniform reveal this week!!! The Ravens love to wear purple against the Bengals, so this makes total sense. Note that this is NOT the Purple Rising uniform.
P.S. - This combo will always remind me of Rams @ Ravens in 2023.

News Ravens 10/22 Injury Report
The Ravens released their 10/22 injury report. Honestly, this may be their best injury report to date. I know that Lamar is limited, but the fact that heâs practiced for two consecutive days is HUGE!
Also, a lot of guys went from limited to full.

Discussion This fanbase is spoiled as fuck sometimes
These last few weeks you can really tell whoâs been a fan of this team pre-Flacco and Jackson, and who hasnât. Letâs be happy to not rush a guy out on the field and end up with RG3 2.0, and letâs instead hold the entire team a bit more accountable for not finishing games (although Iâd say weâve been doing a lot better in that sense lol). Itâs honestly a bit mind blowing to see people blame Lamar not playing for the loss instead of Henry fumbling or Loop missing a 2nd half kick. I have made the point before, but if this team is truly considered anywhere between great-elite, it should NOT automatically lose games because Lamar is out. 49ers, Bears, and even Bengals have produced offenses that are still threatening without their starting QBs.

Discussion Derrick Henry could have a game this week.
galleryHenry has faced one of the highest rates of stacked (heavy) boxes this season. A little over 32% of the time to be exact. The Bengals happen to be one of the lightest box defenses by %. Additionally they rank near the bottom of yards per attempt allowed because of it, while the Ravens sit within the top 10 highest.
Keeping up with the trend since Henry has been here, the Ravens continue to struggle to win when he fails to get 20 touches a game. This season the team is 4-0 when he hits that mark and 0-2 when he fails too. Traditionally you could blame playing catch up, but both games this year the Ravens led with a lead into the 4th quarter.
With the potential and likelihood of LJ missing this game, Doyle has an opportunity to show us what a heavy run scheme can look like under his play calling. Will be interesting to see if there are any new wrinkles introduced.

Discussion Will Tucker actually ever be signed by another NFL team?
Justin Tucker's tryout with the Dolphins this week was his latest appearance in the news, but he's gotten a few other tryouts over the last few seasons. I have a hunch that none of these teams had any real intention of signing him, and that he was just around to act as competition and maybe help light a fire underneath the kickers they're actually interested in. Am I way off base? Could he actually get another real shot with another team?
For the record, I think he has more than earned himself a one-way ticket out of professional football (and public life in general), but this year's Deshaun Watson narrative has really soured my opinion on the NFL and how the media treats these cases.
