Good morning! Up and early for exercise because I want to feel and look confident. Can't do anything about my breasts, but at least I can try for my stomach and butt haha.

It's Saturday, so I finally get to take a walk in nature again. I'm excited to explore a new trail! I want to start running instead of walking, but then I feel like I'm going to miss the small moments of nature by doing that.

Ahh I don't really know what to say :p I have some parts of my body that I like and other ones that I don't like and I'm just wondering what you all think honestly?

asking for honest first impressions, want to know how people genuinely perceive me, not just flattery. but if your honest impression is positive then go ahead.

I really struggle to find anything I like about myself inside and out, chronic illness mixed with depression and grief really ruins your brain lol, I’m trying to get better but idk

Many parts of my body bother me and make me feel insecure: my arms, legs, stomach—every little bit of fat on me. Sometimes I wish I were very thin.

Never sure if I should shave or trim, or keep it hairy, open to suggestions.

Used to struggle a lot with body image, had an ACL tear three years ago, this year I took up lifting, and fell in love with it, growing so much confidence, that i never thought was possible.

Going to the gym has massively affected my life positively although I didn’t expect it to also bring attention to certain aspects of my body I wasn’t aware of before. When I was a lill bigger I obviously couldn’t tell but I have quite noticeable hip dibs. I’ve subtly tried hiding them in photos by posing at angles but I’m trying to accept that it’s natural and I can’t do anything to change it. I do really like where I’m at in my journey at the moment but it also sucks that I can’t have a rounded/smooth shape. Regardless health is the main priority but I just wish I could not notice it as much. I’m pretty sure it has something to do with bone structure and if that’s the case I’ll just have to learn to love them I guess!

Angry with my closet so I decided to just stay nude all day again. Nothing is as comfortable as Nothing.
