The videos just look so peaceful and nice, the wife is always smiling and doing a little dance or something

I love when I see images and models of things take up so much space it's like a mini zip bomb

Are you seriously telling me that Mormons in the 19th century created a new English alphabet from scratch and just happened to come up with the letter GAY, which looks like a crew member from Among Us???

What do you mean a Communist Chinese national's name was ISRAEL fucking EPSTEIN????

My love for this kind of shit is truly hard to put into words.

This is actually frying me because like... what curls??? that hair is straight as fuck 😭😭😭

It's a real breath of fresh air seeing how positively people depict Mario in fanworks now. I remember back in the 2010s, "Mario is evil" "Mario secretly HATES Luigi" "Bowser is really the hero!" theories seemed completely inescapable, not at all helped by most fan animations or parodies of the time feeding into it, with stuff like Luigi's Day Out and Dorkly's animations depicting Mario as an edgy (and sometimes outright murderous) asshole instead of the kindhearted plumber he truly is. But nowadays, majority of depictions of Mario are very in-character, depicting him as a kind soul who appreciates the world and the people around him.

The first art, for example. 2010s depictions would've ended on the second to last panel, with Mario intentionally kicking the princess in the face and moving on. But here, he is shown in the last panel to be comforting her with an apologetic expression on his face (the comic in of itself is based on a blooper in the minus world that Mario will always unintentionally stomp during the level end screen, which adds to the depiction that Mario did not intentionally hurt her).

I don't think there's anything wrong with depicting a character as out of character in parodies, but its just nice to see people really utalise Mario's kindheartedness in more fanworks.

I think about these posts every time I go to the dentist, cry in my car, and make buttered toast respectively

+bonus slightly related one at the end

No.4 has ai text on the thumbnail, sorry guys :/

Look, some of these settings are whack, so if the world is full of ninja gorillas, we might as well see them and have some fun with it. Being ashamed of it doesn't make a comic better. Remove it or embrace it.
