UPDATE — August 13, 2026
rgl.deals has grown a bit since I originally posted, so I wanted to give this post a update while it's still in BETA.
The idea is still simple: instead of showing you hundreds of gaming laptops, RGL keeps a smaller shortlist of deals that are actually worth considering.
Every listing is manually checked, with things like price, specs, cooling, display quality, GPU power limits, memory, storage, and overall value taken into account.
A lot of care has also gone into the smaller details. The site is heavily optimized for phones and smaller screens, not just desktop. Filters, comparisons, laptop pages, navigation, and general usability were all designed to work properly on mobile without feeling like a cut-down version of the site.
What's on the site now:
RGL is meant to be a shortlist, not a giant catalog. If a laptop isn't worth recommending, it doesn't need to be there and that means no huge lists its quality over quantity.
The longer-term plan is also bigger than just deals. RGL is being built into a broader gaming laptop specific place with guides, buying information, laptop data, reviews, and other useful resources all in one place.
Full transparency: Some retailer links are affiliate links. That doesn't affect the listed price or determine which laptops make the shortlist.
RGL currently covers U.S. deals only, with more regions planned later.
It's still beta, so there will be bugs and things that need improving. If you find something broken or have feedback, leave it below any suggestions would be much appreciated thanks.

Looking for couch gaming laptop
Hey everyone! I was going to get an msi claw ex, but decided a gaming laptop would be more worth it. My budget is around 1900 and I just can't decide between these 3
1.ASUS ROG Strix G16 G615LP-MS96 16 1899$
MSI Crosshair 16 Max HX OLED 16" Gaming Laptop 1999$
Lenovo Legion 5 15IRX10 OLED 1999$
The msi crosshair seems the most powerful, but bad review for build quality and sound. The rog seems perfect except no oled. Lenovo i know the least about.
Any ideas?
Budget: 1900
Country: Ohio USA
Use Case: (Optional: Gaming — cyberpunk, cod, wow, battlefield
Preferred Specs: (5070 or so. Oled maybe?
Notes: (Optional: looking mainly at microcenter

Budget: $1500 all in after taxes and fees.
Country: USA
Use Case: Latest games e.g Witcher 4, TE6 and what not.
Preferred Specs: Absolutely no idea. Doesn’t have to be anything crazy. I see people talk about optimizing settings for ray tracing and all these other stuff and that doesn’t matter to me. Just want to be able to play without putting all my settings down to play comfortably. I think my only requirement would be 1 TB of storage.
I’ve been recommended the Lenovo Legion 5 does that sound about right?

Hello everyone, I'm a passing out college student who has all through his life used a Dell Inspiron 3000 Series laptop for 6+ years. I have done coding, Image Processing, heavy ML works, graphics deigning even multiprocessing programming in that. But now I have gotten a good job offer , I want to buy my first laptop (gaming or heavy workload type ) which will be great for 10 years (I hope). Some details:
Budget: INR 1.2-1.5 lakhs
Country: India
Use Case: Coding/Gaming
Preferred Specs: RTX 4060 minimum, 16+ GB RAM, 1 TB SSD
Notes: Upgradeable slots if possible
Price Range - within 1.2-1.3 lakhs ( all inclusive )
Brands - anyhting works, I just want a reliable and sturdy one. I don't want Macbook
Processors - i7, Ultra 7 or Ryzen 7 is minimum
GPU - I want a seperate strong GPU, not an integrated one
RAM - 16 GB, Secondary - 1TB
Use - Coding, CV and ML Processing, Grahics designing, Video Editing and if possible gaming
If possible upgradable slots inside the laptop is very good and also good battery and strong body ( I have a bad tendency to carry laptop in my hand).
Does anyone have good suggestions for this, especially considering Diwali sale offers etc ?

I’d like to get a monitor so I can play more comfortably, as well as to connect it to another console I have and complete my setup.
What would you recommend?
r/GamingLaptops • u/RMBolzen • 13h ago
Budget: Up to €2,000 (preferably less if there's no meaningful benefit)
Country: Germany
Use Case: Mixed — everyday use, YouTube, Twitch, browsing with many tabs, work, and occasional gaming with friends (mainly League of Legends and similar games).
Preferred Specs: RTX 5060 or RTX 5070; 32 GB RAM preferred (or upgradeable); 1 TB SSD; 15.6" or larger display.
Notes: My main priorities are reliability, good cooling, reasonable fan noise during everyday use, solid build quality and long-term durability (ideally 5+ years). I'm not a hardcore gamer, so maximum FPS isn't my main concern. My current MSI Cyborg 15 (i7-13620H, RTX 4060) has suffered from repeated BSODs, random restarts, stuttering/freezing and excessive heat around the keyboard. I'll have it repaired under warranty, but need a replacement in the meantime. I'm hesitant to buy another Cyborg, but open to other MSI models. I'm considering Lenovo Legion/LOQ, ASUS, HP and MSI. Which specific models would you recommend, and is spending close to €2,000 worthwhile for my use case?

Every day looking for deals, AI prompts running to check all retailers…. I’m over it. Dropped 3,400 with taxes this morning.

If the strix scar was only $100 more, would you get that instead of the strix? The only reason I’m considering the strix is for the AMD cpu as It has a worse gpu and worse screen.

RAM is only 16gb and cannot be upgraded. This is the price for the lowest product tier of Lenovo gaming laptop. (This model only has the arc B390 igpu, no dedicated graphic card)

Yes, I wanted the 18-inch screen. This will mainly be used for playing FPS games like Overwatch/Deadlock, so I wanted the bigger screen and the lower resolution.
