We were walking in opposite directions and I did about 12 double takes. Good omen before today’s game?

A “game day bag” that you would never be allowed to bring into C1A, and it’s not like a football stadium where you even have a parking lot where it’s useful. Just a very weird choice for the team to make.

Besides the D.C. area, Virginia and Maryland, where else would you see the Washington Capitals pull fans from? This is just coming from a hockey fan who recently saw an NHL fan map and was wondering more about it.

What is the best way to stream the most Caps games for the least money?

I’m an out of town Caps fan, and have been since I left the DC area in the late 90’s. It used to be one could purchase the NHL Center Ice(can’t even remember if that’s what it was called) where you’d pay maybe $150-200 and get most of the games in the NHL(this was via cable). For the last bunch of seasons there appears to be no consolidated ‘package’. ESPN has a lot, but it’s missing many.

I currently watch games on ESPN+, HULU Live, and just added Fubo(because it gets the NHL network games, I guess?), and I feel like I’ve found some random games only on HBO or Amazon. I don’t even know at this point.

If I didn’t need anything else(TV/Movies/etc.), if my only aim was to stream Caps games, and I live in a far away different state, what is my best app or combo of apps for the least money and most games?

Is there anymore info on this. This is quite the illness, going on a week now. Any indication - god forbid - this might be a more long term/serious illness?

Good win - thread's going up early because of the early puck drop.

LUCKY GUESS

• 1 Point: Final Score (indicate winning team)
• 2 Points: Game Winning Goal Scorer
• 3 Points: Time of the first penalty of the game for either team (within 30 seconds)

Good Luck!

I know that we all expected him to have a great second season but I didn’t expect it to start at the very beginning of the season. He looks noticeably faster like in the top percentile of the NHL fast. He also seems so much smoother, and he just seems to be everywhere on the ice. At this point I think his ceiling could be a 40 and 40 type guy. I mean the penalties and other things are given how he plays and how young he is but that just adds to his value. Would honestly love to see him and Cristall team up what a fucking duo that would be.

Cristall - LW
Lil Pro - C
Leonard - RW

Full disclosure I haven’t listened to Elliotte’s podcast yet, but nobody has discredited this tweet.

Interesting that the Caps ostensibly have the easiest schedule. Obviously it's early on to estimate strength of teams, but fatigue and travel should be set.

After hearing “Rockstar” three times last night (thanks Tuch!), it made me wonder if there’s an updated list of all the goal songs for this season?

Took me several years of this one rude lady being you can’t film and several long texting sessions with an Employee I know before an usher who didn’t care if I got film of the sound booth button got stationed at 411 and the employee to send Rig Photos

The Rig

Horn Model: Kahlenberg Q3-483-413 Airchime (REAL)

Button: Kahlenberg Push Switch M-131 Foot Operated

Compressor: Kahlenberg P449-25 Air Compressor Kit, 1/4 H.P., 2.7 Gallon-24 V.D.C.

Siren: Federal Signal Heathkit GD-18 Electronic Siren

I'm Yet to get a definitive answer out of anyone on location there is two side expansions that expand from the main catwalk out towards the Jumbotron One next to the Georgetown banners The other next to the Mystics 2019 banner We still don’t know yet which one of the two the horn is perched on but I think it’s on the one next to the Mystics championship banner And pictures of the siren set up and it's location is something I’m still looking for

Current Assets

At this point last year I felt like a borderline conspiracy theorist thinking this was going to happen, but now that Ovi is for sure retiring, the Wizards are rebranding at the end of the season, and the team has steadily been incorporating the 2000's era logos into uniforms, I feel like it's almost certain. The last time the Caps changed the primary colors/uniforms, the Wizards did the same. I'm only asking because I want to know if I should hold off on buying some current merch and just wait. Thanks!

(Edit: by rebrand i mean just the colors/logos, not the name, should've been more clear)

The Holl goal last game belonged to him. Look at this clip starting at the 47 second mark. The puck starts to flutter after it passes his stick. Just nicked it, which is why he takes credit for it and is first in the glove bump line.
