LETS GO PENS

It’s just a wall of ‘fire Tocchet’ and ‘we’re the worst team in the league’. Every time I see another post complaining, I feel a little bit more joy in my cold dead heart.

Penguins forever and always.

I'm starting to see a lot of people saying things like get these journeymen out of the way for the young guys, but the journeymen of whom they speak are:

Hendrix Lapierre - 24 years old.

Elmer Soderblom - 25 years old.

Nic Robertson - 25 years old.

Egor Chinakov - 25 years old.

Kaeden Korczak - 26 years old.

Declan Carlisle - 26 years old.

Ville Koivunen - 23 years old - he's the only one who is referenced as part of the youthfulness of this team in any comments so far this season. It's odd. I don't know if people are uninformed or if they just choose not to care.

Ville is no more of a prospect than Soda or Lapierre, in that none of them are prospects any more - they either NHL players or they're not yet. But prospect time has to end 5 years post draft, right?

So, we don't need to yank all of these guys to force younger guys into the lineup to serve some agenda of getting younger for its own sake. Instead, I think you just gotta play the best players who give you the best chance to win, and provide opportunities to young guys to show that they are one of the best players who give you that chance.

Those opportunities should be very brief when the player is not meeting that standard.

Connor Dewar - 27 years old - barely entering his prime - not old or washed our outside of some timeline.

Lizzo - 28 years old - again - prime of his career - is it awful to have guys in their prime?

And yes, we all know that Kuzmenko was the one 30 year old addition, and he's not been good. I'm still going to just let that one simmer for a bit. He's a hockey player and he's been a pretty good one, but first he's human and we are more fragile than we realize.

Seriously he's a downright terrorist in the power play department. He was awful here in the Pitt alright, but he's much worse in Philly! And I mean the absolute worst of all! How the fuck did they hire him?!

Anyways, I just want to vent about how bad he was and is worse now. If you don't approve this post, I will delete it. Goodnight, everybody!

How do I get this on the available billboard at 3100 S Front St, Philadelphia, PA 19148. Hmmmmm

Edit: this is a joke, chill out

So I posted this in response to a Hughes video from the Olympics on NBC Sports. Yelled into the abyss. You know. Forgot I even said anything. I get a single like notification and I see Travis Konecny likes your comment. I assume it’s a fan page or something, is this as funny as it seems? Cause if this is real it’s hilarious. 56k followers doesn’t seem fake.

Hi, I’m in Denver and just realized Pens are playing here tomorrow. Just checked the tickets and the cheapest ones go for $115. Unfortunately can’t afford it but do any other Pens fans here want to watch it together in the bar? Or maybe anyone has an extra ticket they’d sell for face value?

I drive in from northeast Ohio for Pens games. Every time I’ve parked in the Melody lot which is just a little down the street from PPG, but it’s $45 each time. I’d rather save that money for merch 😅.

I’m a fairly healthy person and I don’t mind walking. ParkWhiz has a few lots that are in the $20 range that are across 579 like the one I screenshot here. Is this a safe walk, traffic wise? I’m just not familiar enough with Pittsburgh. Thanks in advance!
