How many calories when I engorged at the orchard

Why are you asking us to guess the calories on food YOU made at home. Just look at the label and it’ll tell you exactly how many calories are in two pieces of bread.

i mean.. beside the cheese cake, there’s a coffee too which shows my discipline
it’s pistachio cheese cake with a hard bread base ionk what was that. But the coffee was an average cappuccino i’d say. prob 150kcal. it had skimmed milk
how much would you log this slice at?
I had 2200kcal before this supper and i’m lifting too!
wanted a deficit but it prob took me around 2800kcal
my maintenance is in between 2500-2700 as i lift and stroll for around 1hr every night.

High end estimate of calories in this frozen yogurt. It was 10oz total. I also put a photo of how much I got before toppings.
Banana pudding & hazelnut frozen yogurt
Toppings:
Cookie dough
Banana pudding
Chocolate chips
Matcha sauce
Strawberries
Do you think it is over 750?

I’ve tracked on and off for a while (currently MyFitnessPal while training for a triathlon), and I always fall off after a few weeks. For me it’s home-cooked meals: weighing every ingredient takes forever, and I give up.
Curious what it is for others:

how many calories in this meal? I only had half the sandwich - it also has an egg, some arugula and spinach, fried chicken. I also ate 7 fries and the pickle, didn’t touch coleslaw lol

Giant pancake with onions, sweetcorn, chicken, cheddar and paprika
Chicken and sweetcorn and onion was sort of mixed into the batter not on top which makes it hard to figure out the exact amount of each I know
Around 1000?

My guess is around 650. What does everyone else think?

I have a moderately vigorous exercise routine in which I run 6 miles per day 5 days per week -
4 of those days are on a treadmill at a 3% incline at varying speeds between 7.1-7.8mph- immediately after those runs I go into my vigorous weight-lifting routine doing 4-5sets, high volume reps of full upper body and back workout with only 40 second rests between sets.
The 5th day run is a hilly terrain run at an average pace of 7.6mph(no weightlifting)
My question is- with that considered- how much should I cut my calories on non workout days(2 days rest)
Just trying to maintain- My workout day maintenance calories for my weight(157) seems locked in at 3,300
Can anyone help me with my rest day calorie intake? I do a lot fewer steps on my rest days

I had one of these heart platter sushi trays from Albertsons yesterday. Got curious and looked up the amount of calories. This feels like an incredibly low number when you take into account things like sauce, fried onions, rice, etc.

I usually walk around 10km daily on a treadmill at 6 degree incline while working on my computer. I don't walk fast - only 4kmh. I tried different online calculators and they all disagree on how many calories I burn as a 174cm 81kg male during this exercise.
This is too easy for me, and I doubt I spend a lot of calories, but Gemini thinks I actually burn over 1k ckal this way, which sounds too good to be true.
Gemini suggests using either MET or ACSM Metabolic Equation for estimating calories:
~ 422 kcal / hour (flat) or ~554kcal/hour 6 degree incline (ACSM)
~ 429 kcal / hour (MET)
the treadmill itself shows around 700kcal at the end
these sound wild, given that I feel totally fine after walking 10km this way. Yes I'm sweating like crazy, but that's nothing.

I’ve ordered from this shop before and what’s inside is:
- Marinated (probably pan fried) chicken breast strips
- 2-3 large strips crispy bacon
- I’m asking for no cheese and sauce
- Veggies (tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, pickles
- The restaurant ALWAYS grills the bread with oil, even if i ask them not to. it’s kind of a pain for calorie deficits…
- Soft, sweet baguette with sesame.
Thanks everyone!!

I misread the label it’s 141 per a 100g so per 160g it’s 225 would that be accurate

Beef steak, i think sirloin from last night. Cucumber, spinach, red onion. Light oil dressing. 600 calories?
