I'll only be eating half and sharing the other. I think it has a cashew or soy base but truly have no idea. My hand for scale. Thank you in advance!!! 🙏

I had this delicious All Day Breakfast “Omega Blaze” from Fete Up in Central, Hong Kong. I went in hungry, and in the back of my mind totally got that omega would mean fat, good fat though. It had: pan-seared salmon, sunny-side egg, bacon, herb-spiced sausage, pumpkin, mixed bean salad, avocado, salad greens
After the meal, I walked away satiated and happy. Remembering to add it to my calorie tracker, I uploaded the photo to the AI function. MacroFactor AI guessed about 1400 cals, 66P, 122F, 30C, which after looking at the breakdown of ingredients I ended up accepting. But thought to get another opinion. Gemini guessed 840 – 930 kcal, protein: 54 – 60 g, fats: 57 – 64 g, carbohydrates: 28 – 32 g.
I now have no idea and seek your help. Any ideas of what the macros would be?

16F, 5'8", competitive athlete from Texas, and I genuinely don't know what's wrong with me when it comes to food. My weight has gone up and down for the past 2 yrs, started at 134 freshman year, ballooned to 156, then down to 141, 137, back up to 142, up to 147, down to 140, up to 150, down to 136, and now I'm back up to 148. I know its just when I overeat my weight goes up, theres a clear pattern but the issue is just that I am literally planning out how to get a snack between school and practice already
I want to lose weight to look better, and I know I'm not fat but my doctor told me to get to 134 as soon as possible and 130 by the time I start college, mainly for my joints. I weigh myself every day
I get cravings in the middle of meals, while there's still food right in front of me, no matter how much I've already eaten that day. It's just wanting food. I'm waking up and eating breakfast I didn't even want because I was already dreading a day of "eating less", and then I never actually eat less anyway. Sometimes I eat something knowing I'll regret it five minutes later and I do it anyway because it feels worth it at the moment. I've started planning trips days in advance just to stock up on snacks for when I'm home alone, and I've noticed I actually eat more when my parents tell me to eat less, so i guess I'm just a rebellious teenager. Or I'll be awake at 6am already planning to eat an extra muffin with lunch.
I also cannot eat breakfast or else I just wont stop eating for the rest of the day, the only time I can actually keep a deficit is when i don't eat until lunch
I've tried distraction like reading and watching youtube and it's the only thing that's helped at all, but then I'm not getting anything else done like homework and studying and working out because I'm using it just to not think about food.
I'm so tired of this. please if anyone has actually dealt with this and figured something out I would appreciate it so much, I don't know what else to try.

Bonus points if you give me an estimate with your answer 🤪
** That’s garlic, not cashews, with the shaking beef

Had a shit week. My favorite pizza was called for.
I had 4 slices. I'm calling it 300 a slice + 50 per slice for the ranch I dipped it in. Does that sound accurate?

The baker used almond flour and monk fruit as sweetener. It wasn’t good. I ate half of it. How much?

hi guys, this is my first time posting so apologies if there’s any mistakes. I have been undereatimg for the past month, so decided to consciously eat and track calories. I went to an Indian restaurant and got this thali and was wondering if I could get a calorie estimate. what all I ate: I ate 75% of the bittergourd fry, most of the rice (left like two spoons worth), all of the sambhar, 75% of the baby corn fry, 1/2 chapathi, and some curd. I didn’t eat the beetroot sweet dish, the dal, and the curry in the big bowl. I also had two big pappads

small scoops of everything. i ended up having a second scoop (same size) of the gnocchi and another scoop (little smaller) of the tomato and cucumber salad.
