Iphone 17 Base model with 100% battery health recently i checked the battery usage it’s showing settings are consume 8% battery health what the heck!🪫😩

My 10+ year-old Apple ID suddenly got locked. When trying to go through iforgot.apple.com/unlock, I instantly get hit with the hard block:

"This account is locked. This account is locked and cannot be used."

I spoke with Apple Support (escalated to a Senior Advisor), and they told me the account was deactivated administratively due to "spam, abuse, or policy violations." They claimed there are zero override options on their end and that the account is permanently gone.

The absurd part:

• I have done nothing malicious. The trigger seemed to be multiple rapid recovery attempts
• I physically have my 28-character Recovery Key right in front of me, but the system won't even let me reach the screen to enter it.
• I still have the trusted phone number and the device.

Has anyone actually experienced this specific lockout state and managed to get their account back? Did reaching out to Executive Relations ([tcook@apple.com](mailto:tcook@apple.com)) or legal channels work for anyone, or is an account with this status truly impossible to recover?

It started today. The left AirPod suddenly started playing quiter than the right AirPod. I dunno what can be the reason.

Got a used m2 chip MacBook on Facebook marketplace, seller was honest guy I think he didn't know about the camera defect. MacBook doesn't say if its been serviced or not, and it doesn't look like it has been.
but whenever I pull up FaceTime or camera, its just a black screen. and when I pull up FaceTime this is what I get.
ive booted up in safe mode and restarted it doesn't fix anything. any advice?

I bought an Iphone 17 on apple store in NY in june this year and came back to Brazil with it. Now, 3/4 months later I noticed a few blue dots appearing on my camera. Does anyone have a clue what is this? There is no scratch on the camera itself. Does Apple warranty covers it?

I’m writing this with the last 5 % battery in my iPhone.
Since yesterday my ipad is not getting charged. (I didn’t check iPhone yet then). My iPad had no other issues. It just went out of charge couple of days ago. Finally weekend I tried to charge it but it ain’t charging. Tried whole night.

Coincidentally, iPhone is not getting charged too! I woke up just now and tried to charge my phone and it ain’t charging. Tried with multiple charging ports, wires and from hall room, bedroom , bathroom l.

I’ve ordered an iPhone Duo in Poland, and my Apple ID / Apple Account region is set to Poland. I’d really like to get AppleCare+ for it, but I haven’t found a way to purchase it here.
Has anyone successfully added AppleCare+ to an iPhone purchased in Poland while keeping their Apple Account region set to Poland?
Could I purchase coverage through Apple in another country, such as Germany or the US — either online, over the phone, or by bringing the phone to an Apple Store in person? Would this require a local billing address or payment method, or a change to my Apple Account region?
Also, if I manage to purchase coverage abroad, would Apple Authorized Service Providers in Poland actually handle accidental-damage claims under that plan, or would I need to return to the country where I bought it?
I’m looking for a legitimate option that won’t cause problems if I ever need to make a claim. First-hand experiences would be especially helpful — particularly which country you purchased the plan in, how you paid, and whether you kept your Polish Apple ID.

For some reason, my MacBook's apps are all set to Month / Day / Year, instead of the usual Day / Month / Year for my region. My MacBook is fully up to date, language and date preferences set to Australia, and everything else has been set to my region. Yet for some reason, every app displays the M/D/Y system regardless of my MacBook system preferences being set to Australia and has been since its first purchase.

Fully updated (macOS 27 Golden Gate 27.0.1), done several restarts, even did safe boot/safe mode. No VPNs attached, Virus & malware tests have come back with nothing. Really need some help, can anyone assist?

Would anyone happen to know if Apple allows you to update your payment information if their initial attempt to charge the card on file is declined? Or do they automatically cancel the order?

This is a pre-order and I unfortunately lost the card I used for payment and had to freeze the card. The order is currently in the processing stage on Apple's end and set for pick up so they most likely won't attempt to charge the card on file till next week.

From my research and what I've gathered regarding this situation, Apple does give the option to update the payment and supposedly give 7 days to do so but they do not publicly state any of this, so if anyone else has a similar experience I would appreciate any insight.

Hi all, I just got an iPhone 18 Pro Max a week or so ago. Everything is working perfectly until I tried to play music on speaker. Somehow, when playing music above 60% the sound coming the top speaker (earpiece) starts to break apart and sounds really muffed. It’s almost sound like those $10 speakers you get on some random stands on the street. This is definitely not what I expected from Apple and their iPhone line. I tried to test different song like Dog Days Are Over and Sunroof, and everything is fine other than top speaker. Before 18 PM, I am a 15 PM user and my old phone definitely does not have this problem. I also went to the Apple Store in my region the other day and pick up a random display model to test it and it also sounds really bad with the top speaker. I still have a few days left within my 14 days exchange period I just wondering should I even bother to exchange it because I also read online that it might be a software issue ? Not sure if anyone else having the same issue or not and if you guys have any solutions ? Thanks !

I currently own an iPhone 16 pro for more than a year now (march 2025) and I noticed something strange. While I was going to my room, I have noticed my iPhone is not working (like a black screen and unresponsive). I tried touching the screens and pressing the power button and it was not working. Then I plugged in my charger and after a while the apple logo shows up (boot animation). It cannot be due to low power since I already have 40% in my phone. Is there any reason why? First time I experienced something like this.

My friend lost some of her contacts after iPad and iPhone synchronization. Is there a way to restore them?

My friend's iPad was not synching with iPhone. IT-professional fixed it, but at the same time some of her contacts suddenly disappeared. With all information that she needs most: kids' names, birthdays, important stuff.

I tried looking into it and followed every step Chat GPT told me to. All access switches are on (iCloud, google). I tried the magical "turn it off and turn it back on" to no avail.

The only pattern I see is that the lost contacts are mostly entered 0-4 years ago. And most of them are also a WhatsApp contact.

1. If I look up by number in iPhone contacts - I find the person's name. If I click on it it shows me the name but no contact information, no phone number. iPhone doesn't show where they pull this profile from.
2. If I save as a new contact, it picks up the WhatsApp, but the weird #1 remains.

Is there an easy way to fix this or do we have to bite the bullet and reinstate all lost contacts manually? Are the contact notes lost forever? Help, please!

hey guys, I just wanted to ask if anyone else has been having an issue with their camera. I have an iPhone 17 Pro Max, and recently I’ve noticed that it freezes when I’m either using the .5 lens or the Macro lens!!
i’m genuinely unsure if it is an issue with the hardware, r just a bug. please let me know if you’re also having the same issue!!
