I've made a physical game disc release for a friend that's split across 3 DVDs. Each disc has full-sized label artwork. I also made a cover and internal insert for the 3 DVD keep case I plan to package it in.
I normally use Reproductions, Inc. for all my printing stuff, and I plan to use them for printing the cover and inserts. Initially, I was planning on also having them print adhesive paper labels for the discs, but then I read that over time adhesive labels can cause the disc to warp via trapped moisture, in addition to possibly causing balance issues or coming off inside the drive, jamming it. So I decided instead to use some of those white DVDs that support direct Inkjet printing, like these.
The issue is that Reproductions doesn't have an inkjet disc printer. I only need 6-9 discs printed, no more, and I can't find any mention online of businesses that will do custom-printed DVDs in such a small quantity.
I would be willing to buy a 50pk of the discs if needed, but I really don't want to buy an inkjet printer for CDs (or more specifically, I don't want to pay for the ink), so I really would love to find someone in town who can inkjet print onto a few discs for me. Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations?
